HHRD Reminds Public of the Importance of Giving Tuesday

Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is using the annual day of philanthropy to highlight the growing needs of refugee and low-income families facing severe winter conditions. The organization, which operates humanitarian programs across multiple continents, says that for many of the communities it serves, winter brings life-threatening challenges that often go unseen.

Over the past week, HHRD has repeatedly underscored the significance of the upcoming Giving Tuesday through its social media platforms, emphasizing the importance of collective support.

HHRD Winter Relief Program

For Giving Tuesday, HHRD notes throughout their postings about their programs and the support that they offer. The organization is urging supporters to help fund its winter relief program, which is tailored to the specific needs of families in cold-climate regions.
