1. Dua for Travelling
Here is a Dua that Muslims recite while travelling.
Arabic:
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ
Transliteration:
Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar. Subḥāna alladhī sakhkhara lanā hādhā wa mā kunnā lahu muqrinīn wa innā ilā rabbinā lamunqalibūn
Meaning:
Allah is the Greatest! Glory be to Him who has subjected this (transport) to us, and we could never have accomplished it. Surely, to our Lord we shall return.
2. Dua for Niyah
Every act of worship starts with making the intention for it. You can recite a Dua while making Niyyah for your Hajj.
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الحَجَّ فَيَسِّرْهُ لِي وَتَقَبَّلْهُ مِنِّي
Transliteration:
Allāhumma innī urīdu al-ḥajja fa-yassiru lī wa taqabbalhu minnī
Meaning:
O Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, so make it easy and accept it from me.
3. Dua for Entering Haram
Talbiya is one of the most famous supplications that pilgrims recite upon entering the Haram and at numerous other occasions while performing Hajj.
Arabic:
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْك، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْك، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Transliteration:
Labbayka Allāhumma labbayk, labbayka lā sharīka laka labbayk, inna al-ḥamda wan-ni'mat laka wal-mulk, lā sharīka lak
Meaning:
Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am. You have no partner. To You belong all praise, all blessings, and all sovereignty. You have no partner.
4. Dua to Recite Between Yemeni Corner and Black Stone
Here is a Dua that our beloved Prophet, Muhammad (SAW), recited while performing Tawaf. You can recite this supplication between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone.
Arabic:
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration:
Rabbana ātinā fī ad-dunyā ḥasanah, wa fī al-ākhirati ḥasanah, wa qinā ‘adhāba an-nār
Meaning:
Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
5. Dua to Say While Performing Sa’i
Here is a supplication that you can recite while performing Sa’i.
Arabic:
إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ...
Then Say:
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ...
Transliteration:
Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar. Lā ilāha illa Allāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lah...

6. Dua for the Day of Arafat
While you are staying on Mount Arafat, here is a supplication you can recite.
Arabic:
خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِن قَبْلِي: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Transliteration:
Lā ilāha illa Allāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu al-mulku wa lahu al-ḥamdu wa huwa ‘alā kulli shay’in qadīr
Meaning:
There is no god but Allah, alone, without a partner. His is the kingdom and praise, and He can do all things.
7. Dua to Recite at Jamarat
The Prophet (SAW) said this while throwing each pebble at Jamarat.
Arabic:
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Transliteration:
Allāhu Akbar
Meaning:
Allah is the Greatest.
8. Dua for Gratitude

Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي لَكَ شَكَّارًا، لَكَ ذَكَّارًا، لَكَ رَهَّابًا، لَكَ مِطْوَاعًا
Transliteration:
Allāhumma aj‘alnī laka shakkāran, laka dhakkāran, laka rahhāban, laka miṭwā‘an
Meaning:
O Allah, make me one who is most grateful to You, remembers You often, fears You, and obeys You constantly.
9. Dua for Forgiveness and Mercy
Here is a Dua you can recite for forgiveness and mercy from the Almighty.
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration:
Allāhumma aghfir lī warḥamnī wa tub ‘alayya, innaka anta at-Tawwābu ar-Raḥīm
Meaning:
O Allah, forgive, have mercy on me, and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.
10. Dua to Say While Completing Hajj
You can recite this Dua while you are completing your Hajj.
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا، وَاجْعَلْهُ حَجًّا مَبْرُورًا، وَسَعْيًا مَشْكُورًا، وَذَنْبًا مَغْفُورًا
Transliteration:
Allāhumma taqabbal minnā, waj alhu ḥajjan mabrūran, wa sa‘yan mashkūran, wa dhanban maghfūran
Meaning:
O Allah, accept (this) from us, and make it an accepted Hajj, a grateful Sa’i, and a forgiven sin.
