As the new Pope Benedict XVI reaches out to �moderate� voices among Muslims in the early part of his papacy, there will be many na�ve Muslims eager to take him at face value as a defender of religious values against secularism. However, an educated Muslim must remember following FACTS, before following that route.

1. Islam is MORE than just a �religion� in the limited western sense of the word.
2. The Pope is just an instrument of the western establishment � Which happens to be controlled by the Zionists.
3. When westerners speak of �moderate� Muslims, they mean Muslims who are willing to restrict themselves to �religious� issues while effectively acquiescing with western capitalist global hegemony.

Sorry, as a former student of Roman Catholoc Theology - I would not be such dis-repectful to the Pope.

Personally, I always respected late Pope John Paul II - for his humility and his fairness towards the Palestinian cause.
