Peace be unto you all, and so be the mercy of Allah and His bounties,
(As-salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh)

In my opinion, this authentic hadeeth is one of the most important sayings of the Messenger of Allah that have reached us.

Listen to the Messenger of Allah very carefully and in deep respect while he speaks to you, and do not make your voice louder than that of the Messenger! ... I'd advise you to repeat every sentence to yourself at least once:

______________________

It was narrated by Aboo Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) said:

Do not be jealous of one another.

Do not deceive one another.

Do not dislike one another.

Do not reject/cold-shoulder one another.

Let none of you put his goods on sale against the sale of another one of you. [wa laa yabi' ba'dhukum alaa bay'i ba'dh]

Slaves of Allah, be brothers (and sisters)!
.....

A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim:

He does not treat him unfairly.

He does not leave him alone when he needs help.

He does not lie to him.

He does not belittle him.

Piety/fear of God is here -He pointed at his breast three times.

It is an act which is wicked enough for a Muslim to belittle his Muslim brother.

It is forbidden for a Muslim to harm anything of a Muslim: his blood, his property and his honour!

This hadeeth is recorded and in the hadeeth compilations of Ibn Maajah and Muslim. It is also in "al-Arba'een" by an-Nawawi.

There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the (last) Messenger of Allah.
