Assalamu alaikum,

Jazak Allah Khair!  How wonderful ~ welcome to your new position.  May Allah guide you and give you a good sense of humour and a thick skin (two things you'll need as a moderator!).  Very good news indeed.

Peace, ummziba.

Assalamu Alaikum!

Sister Ummziba, Yes, I agree with you that one should have thick skin and good sense of humour to become a good moderator. Insha Allah I will work on these by the grace of Allah.

Thanks once again to all of you to welcome me.

Jazak Allah Khair

Assalamu Alaikum!

hind,

Jazak Allah Khair! Insha Allah I will enjoy working with you all here as a moderator. Yes, we should behave in a respectable way, the way Allah dictates us in order to maintain proper islamic environment.

Angela,

Strife takes place only to test and elevate the spiritual levels of believers. I will work hard to maintain the status quo by the grace of Allah even during the times of strife. May Allah guide you to seek the true path of Islam. Thanks to welcome me.

I knew you are a Brother but confused when some addressed you as Sister. Well! I am a Sister.      I must've been behaving very male chauvinist.

Bismillah,

Mabruk Brother Peacemaker.  In Shah Allah, Khayr.

No, Sister Pauline, some might have been misled by the strength of your statements and the surety of your positions on things.  Such a non-apologetic Sister blesses our site!

Assalamu Alaikum!

Hi Pauline35, thanks to clarify sister. I don't know why I got confused. But, one thing that has always been clear to me is that you are very outspoken in what you believe. And I admire that when people speak out what they believe. Thanks.

Sister herjihad, Jazak Allah Khair.

May bless us all with the wisdom of Islam .

Peace

Hi Angel,

Don't mind that. Now you know that I am brother. By the way, it is not "man" or "woman" that has any bearing in the sight of Allah, it is piety and righteousness that make one successful.

Thanks to welcome me.

Peace

As Salamu Alaikum Peacemaker,

Mabruk! Congratulations!  A bit belated better late than never.

Jazakallahu Khairan for taking on this difficult task. Where religion matters are concerned, one needs to have wits and patience in abundance.

Bro Rami will welcome the help from both you and sister Khajida.

I pray Nausheen and Mockba and their families are well. Ameen!

May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala guide you and all our moderators to make the right choices, and reward you abundantly for your efforts.  Ameen!

Wa Alaikum Salam
