Assalamu alaikum!

I wanted to know if there was anyone from Houston Texas here? I am currently in the UK but will be Insha'Allah moving to the States this summer, and i would like to get to know about the city from a muslims perspective. I have been there several times before and know that it's HUGE and there is no way you can get around without a car, also i found that it is extremely segregated . My husband is a hispanic revert and his parents live in a highly hispanic populated area, i would like to be in an area where there are more muslims. Could someone please advise me.
