Assalamualaykum, I love a guy very truly but i know i wont get him because he is engaged,there were times were he promised he will marry me, but unfortunately he broke off with me, so i have stopped thinking about him, we use to have an affair before 1 year. I never contacted him after knowing that he is engaged, but right after 1 year he called me, and then we were in touch over phone for nearly 4 months just as friends, but then i have realised i shouldn't talk to him, i asked him not to call me anymore. i have these feelings for him that i love him truly, my question to you is this haram, having feelings for a guy who is engaged

. You run the risk of getting hurt (emotionally). There are plenty of single brothers out there. Why be #2 when you can be #1

Assalamalaykum thanks alot to help out, i have no intensions to marry him, it takes time to forget someone. who i once thought was the perfect man for me in my life.
