Is selling mobile cell phone micro SD card to mobile shopkeepers haraam in Islam. If any person buys it and put music in it and enjoys it , or saves pictures in it using a mobile phone camera , will i be helping in doing a sin ? will i be punished for doing so ? is it allowed or forbidden in Islam ? please guide me with this issue. for more details plz contact me at mailto:[email protected] - [email protected] or skype id at mohammedasif805 |

Salam,
Selling a cellphone is exactly like selling a bag. The buyer can put everything and anything on it. On a bag you can put briyani, tandori, fish, opium, wine, guns etc.
Cell phones can be used to commit sins at the same time can be use to do good deed.

Selling cell should and can never be Haram in Islam as it is a device which has no harms if being used collectively. However, the misuse of the cell phone is as bad as anyother wrong or micheivous activity..... Even, if you sell mobile phones with Islamic apps installed in, you are likely to earn more rewards and will be contributed towards your life hereafter... Assalam o Alaikum! Cell phones are not haram, but if we use for haram, then that work will be haram... if we use this cellphone for good work, Reading or listening Quran Pak, We will be rewarded on it..
