May I have the pleasure of sharing the quote below, attributed to Sidi Abu Hasan ash-Shadhdhuli:--

"The Practices (awrad) of the faithful (Siddiqun)
are fasting, prayer, recitation of Zikr, reading
of Qur'an, guarding of the private parts, the turning
of the lower self from desires, enjoining what is halal
and forbidding what is prohibited".
