 Researchers say that eating too much red meat increases the possibility of having cancer. They, therefore, recommend eating a small amount of it to be healthy. Scientists confirm that the world consumption of meat is about 283 million tons annually. They add that producing one kilo of meat requires 40,000 liters of water (to water the grass that�s eaten by the cattle). Not eating too much meat also helps preserve the environment from pollution and global warming that result from the gas released by the cattle. Scientists, therefore, warn against eating too much meat. IMHO, this is indeed one of many good reasons not to eat meat.
