| In the west a person's will is discretionary, therefore if a Muslim uses this legal discretion to apply his religious duty, what's the problem? Was there a problem when Leona Helmsley's will gave 12 million dollars to her dog, but nothing to her grandchildren? |

In this particular case, the daughter challenged the will on the basis that Shariah based law is not fair and this is what this excellent seminar covers from a Shariah, legal (Australian Law) and social prespectives. |
