Christmas is a time to be jolly and spending the festive period with friends and family. It�s a time for presents, laughter, and sometimes snow. It is also an apt time to remember one of the greatest women in both Christian and Muslim tradition, Mary (Maryam), the mother of Jesus (Eesa).

This special live webinar (on the 29th of December 2011 at 19:00 GMT) will provide students with an overview of the main themes that we can learn from Maryam (alayh salaam), and an opportunity to increase our understanding and admiration for her life and character. Shaykh Haytham will deliver practical lessons that can be derived from her life and the Quran.

This is a test pilot project from The Utrujj Foundation. We are hoping to arrange a lot more of these in the near future inshaAllah.
