Salaam.

So I have questions.

1) Apostasy?

What is the correct view on apostasy? I'm really confused, scholars have different opinions. I had trouble accepting the traditional view which is one that leaves Islam is required to be executed, unless if they repent. I think they have three days to convert back.

2) Prophet Adam (P.B.U.H)

There was a Hadith which claimed that Prophet Adam (P.B.U.H) was really tall...I don't think any human could have been that tall on Earth. Science shows that human were on the contrary really small...and grew bigger due to healthier lifestyles.

3) Hadiths

Why scholars rely on Hadiths that may not be reliable?

For example, the age of Aisha is highly disputed. Why do scholars claim Aisha was 6 years old when married and 9 when she was consummated...there is actually conflicting evidence, to suggest that she was probably 19 or 20.

Could scholars have a hidden motive?

4) School of Thought

Why do we have 4 schools of thought? Why can't we all agree? Islam was introduced so that we have a perfect religion and no one disputes anything but...we still do?

We have people associating themselves as Shalfi, Hannabi or Mailki (sorry for the spelling) rather than calling themselves Muslims.

Some people claim the 4 school of thoughts is actually a good thing but it appears to me, it does more harm than good.

5) Kaffir

Why are scholars in the Middle East are so quick to label Muslims as kaffirs just because they disagree?

6) What is Bidah?

Okay that is all, please present the full view and not give be a incomplete answer.

For example, I asked a Muslim (very knowledgeable too) that whether masturbation was wrong? He claimed it was completely haraam but he never told me that it can be acceptable if you fear committing a serious sin like adultery. Scholars do this too.

Please provide full views with references!
