Best cartoon for kids?

   My children are learning English and I don't want to make them watch cartoons that are against Islamic rules. it can be normal cartoons or animations, not specifically Islamic, just from the Islamic point of view it should be good for children. Some of them may contain some hidden messages so I need help. And as you can understand My English is not good so I can't teach them. And in my childhood, I never watched cartoons in English and I don't know which one is good and I can't understand if the new cartoons are good or not and I don't have time to analyze
