asalamu alaykum,

The answer to your question is Umm Saleem (R.A.)  She gave her son, Hadrat Anas (R.A.), to the prophet (PBUH) when he was 10 years old because she wanted her son to be a man of supreme moral excellence.

During the fighting the Prophet (pbuh) and his men had stopped to pray. Kalid considered attacking, but felt as if something was holding him back protecting and watching over Muhammed (pbuh) and his men. Sometime after the fighting had stopped Muhammed (pbuh) came to Makkah. While he was there he had asked Kalids brother about him. When Kalid read the letter from his brother and heard that the Prophet (pbuh) had asked about him he decided to go meet them in Medina. upon meeting Muhammed (pbuh) he pledged his alegeance and faith to him and Islam.

Here are four choices, which shall make it easy for woodstock to answer.

A} After the conquest of Makkah

B}  Just before Hijrah { Migration from Makkah to Medinah}

C } After the treaty of Hudaybiyah?

D } During the early days of Islam
