Vintage watch, presumably with Islamic background

   Hi!
My name is Yuriy. I do research history of old watches. And recently one interesting specimen came by my hands. It is definitely has Islamic background. And has one unusual feature. The hour hand is longer than regular hour hand and pointing in opposite direction (please see the picture below). It is like it shows time with in 6 hours apart simultaneously. 
As well as it is painted in red in half.
Would love to learn about this watch if somebody knows more.
