You could call her--His breath.   For may the G-D of Abraham, the G-D of Isaaac and the G-D of Jacob...give her His breath...my He smell her as one of His own and give her His blessing of life in the LIVING G-D of Heaven and Earth, may her face be like the sun from the light of His kiss upon her cheek.

As Salamu Alaikum

It's neither Zaal nor zaa. It's with 'daad'. Why don't you check that by the surah Ad-Duha {93rs chapter of Qur'an }. { وَالضُّحَى }

It's a good name. Infact it was the name i suggested for my niece and she was named so. When she was of 4 months, my sister's family visited my home one day, she was with sound health. I played with her and she was laughing very much. By evening she was fighting with death and finally she left us. Anyways, that name shall always be very dear to me, b.cos of my Zoha

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: All the descendants of Adam are sinners, and the best of sinners are those who repent."

Assalam u Alaikum

Thank you all for your kind messages and wishes. If it were not my faith upon Allah, I dont think Zoha would have ever come this far.

Insha allah I hope I am able to expand my knowledge through this website.

May Allah bless you all with good health, wealth and prosperity.

Jazakullah Khairan

Bismillah,

I agree that her name is beautiful and doesn't violate the rule of not having a non-Islamic name, one which denotes shirk.

May Allah, The Life-Giver bless your baby with health and strong faith, ISA.

Al-Hamdulillah (From a Married Muslimah) La Howla Wa La Quwata Illa BiLLah - There is no Effort or Power except with Allah's Will.
