Can someone give more info about this?
There are many traditions concerning the place of Adam and Eve's descent upon earth after they have been expelled from paradise. |

This is the info I have got from the internet is this true what is said, can anybody give me more information on this There are many traditions concerning the place of Adam's descent upon earth. Ibn Abi Hatim narrated that Ibn Abbas said: "Adam descended on land 'Dihna' between Mecca and taif." Al-Hassan said that Adam descended in India and Eve in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Iblis Bodistiman (Iraq), and the serpent in Ashahan (Iran). This last was also reported by Ibn Hatim. Ass'ady related that Adam descended with the Black Stone (a large black stone set into the wall of the ka'ba in Mecca. It is said to have come from Paradise) in India, and he had a handful of the seeds of Paradise. He sowed them in India and they grew into the fragrant tree therein. The history does exist, but it is not a specific reference which we must believe because it is only the dissent of the narrators, but it is clearly that the Qur'an explains that Prophet Adam and Eve are from heaven.

In the narrative says that serpent is also from heaven, but it is only the embodiment of the devil.

There are two versions of the creation myth in Genesis, but in both Adam was not created in heaven but out of the earth. The creation of the snake is not mentioned.
Heaven is very hard to find in the bible even though it is prominent in general belief. Confounding 'heaven' with 'eternal life' is a common error contributing to this. |

You are right DavidC, serpents is not in heaven, it's just illustrated by narrator, but it is a devil, so it's just like a myth in some narrations, not comes from the Qur'an. My personal opinion that Adam was created in heaven because the Qur'an states like that. Heaven is only the name of a place that today all human beings will not be able to find its existence, so it only deals with a place, while 'eternal life' is associated with an endless span of time for human life in heaven, so, 'heaven' and 'eternal life' are both related. |

Agreed. To expand a bit, in Christianity heaven is a waiting place between death and resurrection in a spiritual body such as Christ. It did not exist before the accession of Christ. The most overlooked part of eternal life is that it is an extension of what we are experiencing now. If one is seeking God on earth I would expect they will have a pleasant transition. If one is overly dependent on earthly things, I imagine there will be considerable confusion when those distractions are taken away. |
