As Muslems you will get exposed to some people blaming every terrorist attrocity on you. It must be a pain.

Try to avoid this by going out of your way to condem such actions and the thinking that leads to such.

Doing so on this forum would help a bit.

Not doing so makes it look like those who see you all as enemies of decency as right.

I think this is terrible advice... It is as if we have to prove we are innocent...
Those who are prejudiced will never be convinced by what Muslims say, and those who are not prejudiced do not need "oaths of loyalty" from us...
Muslims are valuable citizens of this nation and they should not be required to do or say anything other than the general public does... Anyone who thinks otherwise, is part of the problem and not the solution...
