   Hello, you may call me Milaye. I'm not sure how to introduce myself, but I will try. I am an adult female living in the United States. I've never felt a stirring of connection to a religion until I became to research Islam - at first simply to thrill my family with less than unsavory facts (they are all against Islam) but during my research, I found myself less scandalized and more moved. 

Though I am still very much learning Islam has inspired me to make changes for the better. (if only I could go back in time and erase these bloody tattoos!)

I am pleased to be here with you all.
