Namaz and work meetings

   Assalamu Alaikum,

In the name of Allah, the most merciful and benevolent, I wanted to ask you a question. Due to my work meetings, I often pray slightly ahead of adhan. Many times on Friday's I am unable to attend jummah at mosque due to work meetings. The mosque is a drive and not close to my home. There is one near my office but then again, it makes it difficult to escape meetings. I pray the missed jummah at home somewhat later than the mosque prayer time.

I have been operating like this for a long time now but it is time I seek some advice on whether there is a better way to manage this. Your kind response would be appreciated.
