Hey,
So it seems that the requirement for four male witnesses in Islamic law is specifically for proving acts of adultery or fornication, so since rape is not in the same category as adultery or fornication, four male witnesses aren�t required to prove rape right? |

according to the most scholars only two witnesses are requiered to prove a rape, because it has the same ruling of punishment of an agressor. The raper will be punishmed for doing the adultery plus an amount of money as dowry for the victim girl. |
