Why are there so many evil muslims?

   Assalam alaikum my brothers and sisters.

I have a question.

If we look at the middle east and the muslims in sweden and germany, we see that there are many rapists and bad people.

This makes me very sad.

Those people give the Islam a bad image.

Why doesnt Allah make us the good people? Why are there so many bad muslims?
