B. Special Peculiarity and Wonders of Prayer (Salah)

Besides being able to bring the Hikmah (wisdom) and benefits for health, in prayer there also some special things even sometimes occurs an unexpected things like wonders, among others:

1. Salah's command delivered by a very special way.
Salah's command is very different to the other commands of worship in terms of delivering its command is very special. All the commands of Allah conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. when he was on earth, except the Salah command, this command was delivered when the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. was being in outer space.

Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. was given the honor and opportunity by Allah S.W.T. to fly with Gabriel and penetrate this universe, he flew to Siddratul Muntaha to received the Salah command five times a day and night. With so special, so there's no exception for abandoning salah, in other words as long as Roh (spirit) is still dwells in one's body, Salah must be remain implemented.

2. Wudhu (ablution).
Logically, by bathing the body will be cleaner than "wudhu", but even if someone had taken a bath so clean, it will not be a condition of validity of salah, but by "wudhu", though someone has just woken up and then perform "wudhu", then one of the validity of salah has been ready (with noticed that there's no great hadats), and it will be more out of human mind if wudhu by "tayamum".
In this case, there's the secret behind wudhu.

In Islam, the body that is required to be washed by wudhu are: face, hands up to the elbows, wash the head and legs to ankles as mentioned in the Quran, Surah Al-Maidah (5):6
By continuously washing by fresh water in the centers of most sensitive nerves of the human body, then there is hikmah (wisdom) behind the ablution water, including:

1. It can maintain the freshness of the body.
2. It can maintain health and the harmony of nerve center.
3. It can remove sins as mentioned in a hadith narrated by Muslim that wudhu can divert the sins ever committed by the eye, smell, hearing, hands, and feet.
4. And many more.

Prof Baron Omar Rolf Ehrenfels, a psychiatrist and neurology expressed his opinion that the centers of the nerve of human organs most sensitive to fresh water is located on the face, hands, and feet. He found an amazing wisdom behind ablution (wudhu) water that washes the nerve centers.

Allah SWT says:
"We will show them the signs (of greatness) We're on every street corner and in themselves, until it becomes manifest to them that the Quran is true. Isnt it enough (for you) that your Lord is witness over all things? "(Quran, Surah Fushshilat 41:53)

Rasulullah SAW said:
Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurairah r.a. said: "I heard Rasulullah Shalallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Verily my Ummah will come on the last day in a state of beaming from the former their wudhu. So whoever among you can lengthen the time radiant, then just do it. "

3. Salah ditermined its time.
" Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.
(Quran, An Nisa 4:103) - (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha)

From the verse there is something that implied that salah is the preserver of the universe from apocalypse qubra, as the Prophet SAW said:
"Doomsday will not happen unless in the earth there is not mentioned again the name of Allah"
(Narrated by: Muslim, Ahmad, Tirmidzi dan ibnu Hibban).

Such hadith explains that the apocalypse will happen if there is no one who establish prayer on this earth. Here is explanation of An-Nisa (4): 103 and Hadith.

As we know that the implementation of the prayer times in each region are different, it is determined by the position of the earth and the sun in each region so that the prayer times in a region will vary with the implementation of the prayers in the western part of each territories. The following are the difference of the prayer times among countries in the Asian continent with countries in Africa, Middle East, Europe, and America.

Example:
The span of Maghrib prayer time in the countries of Asia's Continent: 16:00 to 20:30, then in the countries of Africa and the Middle East entrance Asr prayer, while in the Europe countries entered Zuhr prayer, and in America countries finished Fajr prayer. Likewise, the prayer times like Isha, Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr and sunnah prayers. As a result, there is no empty time in this world unless there is a muslims who are praying (remembering Allah). Accordingly, it is appropriate with a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad mentioned above, so that this universe is still protected from the coming of apocalypse. Subhanallaah....

4. In Salah, there is a conversation between Allah and the Prophet Muhammad when in Siddratul Muntaha.
Most of Muslim scholars said that In Salah, there is a conversation between Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW when in Siddratul Muntaha. Based on that, then some of them said that salah is the Miraj of those who believe in Allah SWT. Wallaahu alam.

Muslims always read it in each sitting at the first tasyahud / tahiyyat and at the end.
"Safety from Me is for you, O Prophet, mercy and blessings of Allah for you"
The Prophet replied: "Safety is also for us and righteous servants".

It can be justified because in addition to the main prayer as worship, it can also be proved by wonders of Muslims experiences although the events that happened were different. it's probably only a few Muslims have ever experienced it, such as: do not die bombarded with automatic weapons, there are many who say "ameen" when praying alone, when Salah tahajjud suddenly being above the clouds in a few minutes, etc.
This is the real stories, no engineering slightest, because it comes from the events experienced by the grandfather, father, and myself. Allah is Witness to what I wrote.
Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good. (Quran 16:128).

5. Prostration is the time most close to Allah SWT.
Rasulullah SAW said:
"The closest relationship between a servant to his Lord is when prostration, then, increase the prayer at that moment!" (Narrated by Muslim).

Only those believe in Our verses who, when they are reminded by them, fall down in prostration and exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord, and they are not arrogant. (Quran, As-Sajda 32:15).

Prostration also have a philosophy that the human being subjecting themselves as low in front of Allah SWT. From the viewpoint of science of psycho neuro immunology (science on immune from the psychological point of view) stated by Prof. Shaleh that the prostrate movement can deliver human into the highest degree.

Prostration performed in a day and night at least 34 times prostration, and according to the results of research experts that prostration can make blood flow spreads to the brain as a whole. Prostration effects will add the strength of blood flow to the brain can avoid headaches and migraines, brain refreshing and sharpening reasonable minds as well as strengthen the mentality of a person.

Based on the research of experts, there are a few nerves in the human brain that does not entered by the blood, whereas every inch of the human brain requires enough blood to function normally and perfectly in any certain time. This means that the blood will be entering the nerves following each prostration in prayer times, as has been required in Islam.

Al Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (2):238
Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayer (wustha), and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient.

Salah Wustha is in the midst of prayer and foremost. But the scholars have different opinions about this prayer, they argued: Dhuhr, Asr, and Fajr.

There is a hadith said:
"Fajr Prayer is before sunrise, because when the sun rises, it rises between the two devil horns, and that is the prostration every infidel."

At the time of Maghrib, the natural color spectrum is reddish orange in harmony with the frequency of the jinn and demons. At that time the jinn and demons are very powerful because they resonate or vibrating with natural color matches the color of the time they were created.

In spite of it all, only Allah is omniscient. But at least it will make us more khusu' in upholding the prayer in every time.

Talking about the secret behind salah might still many which have not been revealed, but what has been presented here is sufficient enough that salah is not just to move the body, but all the movements and recitations of salah have meaning and secret that's very fantastic and amazing. May all Muslims will experience wonders in their salah. Insha Allah.

Wassalaam,
Asep

We must perform Salah regularly because it is Fard (Farz) Prayer in Islam.
