Al Quran is the greatest miracle of the Prophet Muhammad SAW

Miracles means something extraordinary which all beings do not have the power to make it because it is beyond their ability except Allah. Miracles given by Allah SWT for His messengers are diverse, ranging from type and its function.

Prophet Muhammad had some miracles like Isra Mi'raj, water gushing from his fingers, notification of magical things that's really happened, splitting of the moon etc. But the greatest miracle of the Prophet Muhammad is the Quran.

The difference with the miracles of the prophets before, those Miracles only can be used by the Prophets. It's different with the Quran, which in addition can be used by the Prophet, and can also be used by mankind.

The Quran is not the same with science books or other books in the literal sense, however, the Quran is a book of guidance to mankind which includes a variety of contexts.

The Quran provides guidance on the various problems faced by humans and become a platform or opening way to conduct research on various aspects of that have happened and are still mystery in this world. Thus, in the Quran will be found verses that encourage readers to correct belief and behavior in accordance with the guidance of Allah, as well as to learning and doing further research in various fields of science, including mathematics, physics, chemistry and etc.

Coverage of the contents of the Quran including:

1. Information about the events of the past, present, and future, including an overview of the Day of Judgment and life in the hereafter.
2. Matters relating to faith and Shari'ah.
3. Matters relating to vertical worship (habblumminallah) that is worship to Allah, and horizontal (habblumminannas) that is to human beings and surroundings.
4. Matters relating to science.
5. And many more.

The human perspective about the Quran can be divided into at least five criteria, among others:

1. The Quran is just an ordinary reading book like books in general.
2. The Quran only a scripture of Muslims.
3. The Quran is the holy book that must be read by Muslims.
4. The Quran is the holy book that must be read, understood, and practiced in the life of the Muslims.
5. The Quran, in addition to number 4 above, and also as Miracles.

Allah says:
Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants." (Al Quran 17:88)

Then do they not reflect upon the Quran? If it had been from [any] other than Allah, they would have found within it much contradiction. (Al Quran 4:82)

Lately, it has been found the secret of number 19 (nineteen) in the Quran as in the phrase "Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim". This sentence is a collection of letters in Arabic, and amounted to 19.

The number of Surah in the Quran are 114, and 114 are multiples of 19
114 = 6 x 19

The letter "Qof" in Surah 50 in the Quran are 57 letters, and 57 is multiples of 19
57 = 3 x 19

Similarly, the letter "Qof" in Surah 42 in the Quran is 57 letters, and 57 is multiples of 19
57 = 3 x 19

There are 7 (seven) Surah in Quran that opened by the letters: Ha and Mim.

1.     Surah 40: Ha = 64 and Mim = 380
2.     Surah 41: Ha = 48 and Mim = 276
3.     Surah 42: Ha = 53 and Mim = 300
4.     Surah 43: Ha = 44 and Mim = 324
5.     Surah 44: Ha = 16 and Mim = 150
6.     Surah 45: Ha = 31 and Mim = 200
7.     Surah 46: Ha = 36 and Mim = 225
--------------------------------------------------- +
Total            Ha : 292 + Mim : 1855 = 2147

2147 = 113 x 19

In Surah 74: 30-31 there is the revelation of Allah about the number 19, which is also as a verse of mutasyabihat (have the meanings implied)
Over it are nineteen [angels]. And We have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels. And We have not made their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve - that those who were given the Scripture will be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the disbelievers will say, "What does Allah intend by this as an example?" Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to humanity.

Another example is the words of opposite meaning has the same amount, such as:

1. The word "al-dunya (world)" is mentioned 115 times = "al-akhirah (Hereafter)" also 115 times.
2. The word "Malaikat (angel)" is mentioned 88 times = "As-syayathin (satan)" also 88 times.
3. The word "Al-hayat (life)" is mentioned 145 times = "Al-maut (death)" also 145 times. And many more.

Another example is the word that is equal to the amount of the actual situation, such as:

1. The word "Shahr (moon)" is mentioned 12 times = number of months in a year, which is 12 months.
2. The word "Sujud (prostration)" is mentioned 34 times = number of prostrations in prayer (Salah) five
    times a day and night, ie 34 times. And many more.

Besides of those mentioned above, there are also many verses of the Quran made for a means of healing and also in gaining mercy from Allah, as mentioned in the Quran 17:82

And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.

Then verses relating to science, such as physics, astronomy, etc.

Example:
In 1929, US astronomer Edwin Hubble to make observations and see distant galaxies and always moving away from us at high speed. He also saw the distance between galaxies increases every moment. Hubble's discovery showed that the universe is not static as we believed for a long time, but the move expands. This then raises an estimate that the universe began with a huge explosion in the past, called the Big Bang.

Allah says in Quran 21:30
Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?

The verse informs that at the beginning of the earth, the sky, and all the heavenly bodies is one unified, then explode and scattered like what we see now. This proves that the Quran 14 centuries ago has informed about matters relating to science. Nowadays, science is very important for human beings who want to prove the truth of Allah's Word in Quran.

Plato said: Circle and ball are the most perfect geometry forms. Therefore, all the sky objects moved around the earth in tracks which shape is circle.

Eudoxus said: Each planet is located at concentric circles and the movement of the planets are caused by the rotation in these circles.

Aristotle said: Earth is the centre of the Solar System and became the central point of sky objects circulation, such as sun, moon and planets. More over, he said that the universe consisted of 55 concentric balls, and each ball became an exact position or place of stars.

Claudius Ptolomeus (140 BC) who explained in his book entitled Almagest. He explained that all of the sky objects moved surrounds a point.

Aristarchus said: The center of the Solar System is not the earth, but the sun. The earth is only one of several planets that move surround the sun in circle tracks.

Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) said: All sky objects move surround the sun in circle tracks. This is known as the Heliocentric theory which was presented in his book entitled De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium.

Despite there were many experts agreed with the Copernicus theory, but the there were still several mistakes founded in the Copernicus theory. Some of the mistakes included: the orbit of the planets evidently had ellipse shape; ellipse rate were not always exact, etc. Nevertheless, the Copernicus theory was regarded as the pillar of the modern astronomy development.

Sir Isaac Newton is a scientist who is enhance the previous theories, and the following is his statement:
Every object in the Universe attracts every other object with a force directed along the line of centers for the two objects that is proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the separation between the two objects.

Quran 36:38
And the sun runs on its orbit, That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

Although such verse is too short, but has provided information that the sun has an orbit and circulate together with the type of suns beyond our solar system.

Those facts prove that the contents of the Quran is impossible be made by humans or any creatures, whereas the Quran down to earth around the 14th century.

Quran 10:37
And its not possible for this Quran to be produced by other than Allah, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, derived from the Lord of the universe.
