166) Therefore the harms and destructions which afflicted you people by hands of each other during the period when you the parties were living together as mixed human population was according to the set-up systems and laws of Allah which deliver to people results of their own thoughts and actions for or against each other so that thereby He brings forth into the open those who truly wish to commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind,

When there is no kingdom based upon guidance of Allah in the world then all people live together as mixed human populations based upon blood or marriage or regional or religious or secular ties but these do not prevent people from using each other abusively. This is why there are always tensions between people of the same family or clan or tribe or area or place or religion or secularism or society or political party or culture or economic class or category and there is always unrest and unease or conflict or war going on between them. This is why people end up in terrible painful suffering by hands of each other. All because people do not trust each other and look at each other with suspicions because they are ready to stab each other in the back. People try to show outwardly that they are honest and caring and law abiding but in actual fact they are not and they cannot be because if a human population basis itself upon a law that is biased against one section of people in favour another then how can anyone live by that rule of law or tradition or custom and claim one is honest and law abiding or peaceful? If one is living in a cesspool one cannot remain untouched by its content be it resentfully. This is why people who live by a way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other cannot remain untouched by its affects therefore its effects or results. All they can do is if they do not like the way of life then campaign for changing it by trying to convince others out of it. This starts another kind of tension between a people because some will support the idea because it suits them and others will campaign against it because it does not suit them. This is why to begin with people need to have an overall ideology which helps them with devising a program which sets them goals and provides them with guidelines for accomplishing the goals in their light. Any human population needs a constitution and laws to organise their population and to regulate it but this organisation and regulation has to be for some goal or goals and goals are only needed if there is some program to be execute therefore laws are only needed to regulate or move a society towards some set goals according to some guidelines. This is how social set up, political management to bring about a suitable culture in order to fulfil economic needs of people become related to each other in an inseparable way. So people who are unable to look at the overall picture fail to understand related details of various aspects of these things. Only and only deen of Islam can meet these challenges because it is a complete package as a way of life.

This is why it is basically about setting up a proper human community in a kingdom and regulating it towards blissful, dignified and secure existence on basis of revelation of God ie the Quran. This is why deen of Islam has nothing at all to do with pooja paat of God for getting favours from God as has been explained in detail already. It is all about meeting needs and wants of people according demands or requirements of God so that purpose for which God created his creation including mankind could become fulfilled according to his plan. The problem with human population is it organises and regulates itself on a harmful and destructive footing or foundation because it has a harmful and destructive agenda to fulfil therefore it has a harmful and destructive program to execute for a harmful and destructive goal according to harmful and destructive guidelines therefore it ends up with harmful and destructive constitutions and laws and so it ends up with harmful and destructive outcome of its thoughts and actions as a consequence of all this. It is not that people are clever and brave but they are dumb and cowards that is why they fail to realise what they are doing to each other and all for what? This is why these like people think fights and wars between themselves are normal and a sign of courage and bravery however the Quranic teaching changes all this and defines bravery and cowardice on a very different basis. Anyone who tries to unite people for peace so that humanity makes progress and ends up prosperous is brave and anyone who runs away from these goals is a coward. In other words the Quran gives people a cause or mission worth living or dying for because if they live they will keep going for what they stand for and if they will die in the process or along the way they are promised a reward worth dying for in hereafter and names of such people will live forever as soldiers of deen of Islam. On one hand It is a shameful death for a people who die because they cannot fight difficulties of life so they end up committing suicides but on the other hand it is also a shameful death for a people who when they were alive looted and robbed others of their God given rights regarding livelihood regardless whatever tricks and mechanisms they figured out and used for doing that. In that list rulers, mullahs and money lenders are right on the top. The whole idea is that there is no bravery in taking undue advantage of each other when you can. Just as a child cannot compete with an adult mentally and physically so a simple minded or bodily weak adult cannot compete with a sophisticated minded and healthy strong bodied adult. So if strong people take undue advantage of weak people or clever people take undue advantage of simple minded people then that is not bravery or anything to be proud about in the eyes of God and humanity instead if same people did what was right then that will be to their credit. So there is a big difference in fighting allowed by the Quran and the fighting people pick with each other for all the wrong reasons. The point made in these verses is that regardless of kingdom based upon guidance of Allah is there are not, people who are wise always come forth for defending values worth living by. So whenever people inflict harm and destruction upon each other due to conflict of vested interests some people become more harmful and destructive and some more humanity friendly. It is these wise people who accept guidance of Allah when they come across it because they recognise it straight away. On the other hand the others arise to oppose it by all means at their disposal and yet others become hypocritical in their mindset, attitude and behaviour. But in any case people become exposed as to what is really in their heart of heart.

167) as well as to expose thereby those who are hypocrites. This is why when it was said to them, come let us campaign together for establishing the way of life based upon guidance of Allah in the land and to resist those who campaign against it. They answered, if we knew how to campaign and defend it, we will have come along with you. At that time they were nearer to publicly giving up even their verbal declaration of commitment to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind than holding on to their commitment faithfully. They were saying that with their mouths which was not in their minds. That is how Allah exposed for all to see that which they hid in their minds.

168) These are the ones who while they themselves sat at their homes said of their brethren who went on campaigning for the mission assigned to them by Allah, if they had heeded us they will not have fallen victim to hardship and fighting. Say, then avert harms and destructions from among yourselves if what you claim is true.

Here people are challenged that life has to be lived despite its hardships and difficulties and it is up to people to make it beautiful with help of each other on basis of guidance from Allah. This is the best way to live ie on basis of sharing burden of responsibilities for all as a proper human community but if that is not acceptable to you the mankind then go ahead and try living any way you want to live then avoid the problems of life that way if you can. If you cannot and surely you cannot then where is sense in living your lives the st**id way? However if you choose to live the way you are guided then still life is not bed of roses already laid before you rather you will have to struggle for it yourselves ie there is no free lunch. So one way or the other mankind will have to put up a comprehensive struggle to make life whatever they can and the challenge is that they cannot make life as good as told by Allah no matter what they do unless they abide by guidance of Allah. So it is better for mankind to make their effort the way they are told by Allah and get the life he has promised both in here and hereafter. Nothing can top that ever. Mankind have been around for thousands of generations and God told them through his very first messenger that they will have to live by his advised way of life, if not today then in due course. Since then humanity has tried every trick in its books to avoid it but it ever keeps getting closer and closer to that way of life.

169) So think not of those who campaign for establishing the rule of law based upon guidance of Allah in the world as people of no consequence. Nay, they are strong and active or lively due to food for thought and stomach from their Creator and Sustainer.

This verse tells us that people who commit to working for God sent program get two things a)food for thought and that keeps them mentally satisfied and fit as well as b)actual food to satisfy their hunger that keeps them alive and active physically because once a welfare community is established none can go hungry or without one�s needs being satisfied. So people have little or nothing to be anxious or worried about or to be regretful about. All the pressure is shared by the whole community according to ability of each of them so none is under undue pressure to suffer the pain alone and perish as is the case when people live under rule of each other for personal gains at the expense of each other as explained in detail already. When the Quran talks about heavenly food, it means Allah takes care of both kind of food necessary for humanity. It does not mean Allah throwing bread from the sky but that people organise and regulate themselves as told by him and work in a way they are told in his scriptures so that they are not faced with problems of life as they do if they do things their own way.

170) Satisfied and happy they are because of that which Allah has bestowed upon them of His blissful, dignifying and life securing guidance, for they are given the good news thereby about those who are to join them in their mission in due course. So contrary to what happens among their opponents by hands of each other there shall not come upon them anything to make them worried or anxious neither shall they have anything to make them regret or feel sorry for their course of thoughts and actions for ensuring well being of each other and the rest of humanity.

This verse is taking us back to 3/124-125 that as missionary work succeeds with time more and more people will come forth as missionaries and so the mission will gather momentum. It gives people confidence in their mission so they make more and more effort as they see their goal being more likely to become a reality.

171) They rejoice because of blissful and dignifying guidance from Allah for giving them a secure existence so the set-up systems and laws of Allah render not void the outcome of the thoughts and actions of those who are properly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

172) Such as those who heeded the call of Allah along with His messenger after they fell in hardship, there is a great outcome especially for those of them who did hard works for beautifying lives of each other and were consistent with guidance of Allah and each other for purpose of ensuring well being of rest of humanity.

173) Those to whom some coward hypocrites said (in order to frightened them to give up the mission), lots of people have gathered against you so you should be fearful of them and give up the mission or campaigning for it, but this instead increased their self confidence and they responded, guidance of Allah is sufficient for us to support us and He is excellent supporter and disposer of all affairs through His set-up systems and laws.

174) So they returned from the campaign for the mission successfully with honour and bounty from Allah and no harm or destruction touched them because they followed the action plan according to the program, goals and guidelines of Allah because Allah has comprehensive knowledge of all things from which He bestows upon mankind.

In these verses it is made clear that a people who are well versed in the guidance of Allah due to education and training they cannot be defeated even if all the world stands against them because they will not fail to convince the wise even among the enemies and ignorant people stand no chance against such highly educated and trained people, who are not afraid to give their own lives for the cause nor are afraid to take any life if that is what a situation demands. A very strong slap on the faces of imperialist mullahs who turned this excellent ummah into sheep and donkeys by working for kings or rulers and money lenders.

175) It is only the leading rejecter and opponent of rule of law based upon guidance of Allah who tries through psychological warfare to make you fear people of his mindset, attitude and behaviour. So fear them not instead pay attention to My program, goals and guidelines for you if you are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a proper human community.

Here the Quran is alerting people who claim to be committed to the mission of Allah that there are and there will be rejecters and opponents of rule of law based upon guidance of Allah and they will try their best to frighten you of people like them and their power but remain consistent with guidance of Allah and with each other and you will see them give up their stance in due course or they will gradually perish by hands of each other due to adopting the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other. The point made in verses like this is that people must pay full attention to education and training for accomplishing the goals set by Allah for mankind according to his provided guidelines. So there is no magic or miracle promised by Allah here but simple truth that having right foundation and having all the needed equipments and skills leaves no room for defeat either mentally or physically. No wonder this surah is named AALI IMRAAN as it tells people about vital importance of living together as a proper human community in a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. 

176) So let not their mindsets, attitudes and behaviours grieve you people who conspire to start conflicts and wars between people at every chance, for they can do no harm at all to people who choose to live by way of life advised by Allah as a proper human community. Moreover Allah lets them keep wandering in their confusion if that is what they choose till the end and for such there is grave suffering as a consequence of their own chosen courses of actions by hands of each other.

Also a portion of something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, a part of something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, a division of something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, luck, good fortune, a fortunate person, an allocation, something that makes life easy, something that makes someone better off or well off, koala or sheep or something alike, cotton ball or something alike, freshly fallen snow that has not become ice yet, bear or hare or something alike, a fur coat or something alike, treasure or riches or something alike, luxuries of life that make life easy or comfortable or something alike, to distribute a load or burden or responsibility or liability for ease, to contribute something towards something as a part, to assign or appoint, to take part in something or be part of something, to give or take part of something, to participate in something along with others as a team or group or party, to make use of something together, to show concern, to have concern for something, to share something, to defend or save or secure or rescue or preserve or guard or shield or protect or hide or cover or stand in for or stand in place of, to replace or be substitute for, to partition or divide or separate or distance or differentiate or discriminate or create gap between, to isolate or leave alone or abandon or forsake or desert or ignore or neglect or boycott or break of ties or sever links or relationships with, to include in a circle or exclude, to be part of something or not be part of something, to limit or restrict or constrict or confine or imprison, to hold in or keep out, to surround or be surrounded, to control or be controlled, to manage or handle or take care of or lookafter, to patron or take into guardianship or under care, to provide with shelter or refuge or home or house or place to stay, to keep going steadily on a path, to carry on doing something constantly and consistently or steadfastly, to remove falsehood with the truth, to remove what is wrong with what is right, to replace what is harmful and destructive for people with that which ensures their well being, to ease the burden of, to bring relief to those in painful suffering, to bring hope to those who are desperate or hopeless, to become rich or wealthy, to end up with a treasure by chance or luck, to be lucky, to be upright or righteous, to be on the right side of the law, to be helpful and supportive, to be friendly or brotherly, to show concern for others, to empathise, to feel pain of others, to worry about others peoples� well being, to be mindful of others, to be soft or cuddly or furry or fluffy or bubbly or lenient, to be kind or compassionate or tender hearted, to cushion, to act as a shock absorber or absorbent, to go between, to ease or facilitate, to be gullible or easily fooled or taken for a ride, to approach someone or something quietly, fence or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, lamb or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

177) Surely those who change their commitment from working for the way of life that lead to unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind to working for the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other therefore end up in rivalries and wars against guidance of Allah and humanity can do no harm to guidance of Allah or its followers but instead end up in painful or grievous suffering themselves by hands of each other.

178) So let not those who reject and oppose Our guidance think that the time gap We are giving them is necessarily because they are thinking and doing something to ensure well being of mankind and themselves but for the reason that they should use the opportunity to change their way of life to Our advised way of life as quickly as they can to ensure their own well being as a properly human community. Failing that by giving them a time period We are surely letting them fall deeper and deeper into hellhole of their own making by inflicting more and more harms and destructions upon each other.

179) However it is not in the plan of Allah to leave those who have committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a proper human community in the current situation that you the mankind are in instead His plan is to separate the ones who are harmful and destructive for humanity from the ones who work for ensuring well being of mankind as a proper human community. Nor is in the plan of Allah that He should let you the mankind know directly all that you need to know from Him individually, instead Allah has chosen a method whereby He informs individuals from among you the mankind as His messengers whomever He deems fit for this purpose to inform the rest therefore commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to guidance of Allah through His messengers. So if you will commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind and be consistent with each other as a proper human community then there will be a huge outcome for you the mankind for your thoughts and actions for ensuring well being of each other.

180) Therefore let not such people think who withhold from each other land and resources and means of production and distribution which Allah has provided for ensuring well being of whole of mankind with help of each other according to His advised way of life as a proper human community it is going to ensure their well being. No, instead it is going to be harmful and destructive for them. Soon in time to come that which they withhold from each other for their selves will become like a very heavy weight around their necks when as a consequence bloody revolts or revolutions will start taking place that will restore deen of Islam bit by bit and step by step. This is why mankind should remember always that to Allah alone belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and for that reason Allah makes obvious results of your harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other to reflect upon and act properly in future.

constitution or way of life or tradition or custom or example or precedent, program or goals or guidelines, culture, equipments, machines, appliances, mechanisms, guns bullets, swords, spears, ships, aeroplanes, spaceships, rockets, to stop fruit of one�s labour from reaching to those whom it should rightfully reach, to not to spend one�s energy where one should and instead spend it where one should not, to use what one has earned by one�s labour to undermine others, to labour for dominating others in order to get hold of them to use them abusively, to use others for personal gains at their expense, to be stingy or niggardly or miserly or mean or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to be covetous, to hold a grudge or be grudging, to act in a miserly or niggardly or mean way, to envy or be jealous, to deny something to someone meanly, to begrudge, to be niggardly towards someone or something, to hold back what one has from those in need, some reason or purpose, to starve someone or something to death in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to kill the potential for development in someone or something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to be a hoarder, to be a collector, to be a junky, to collect useless or rubbish things, to withhold something from someone due to jealousy or rivalry or animosity or holding a grudge against someone, to be greedy or extremely greedy, to have or show excessive desire for acquiring things for personal possession without any personal need, to have or show desire for having things beyond one�s real or appropriate needs, to be extremely eager or desirous for an activity or pursuit, to have or show desire for excessive eating or drinking, to feel discontent or dissatisfaction with what one possess already and go after more or look for more, to not be happy with oneself or feel resentment or discontent towards oneself for lacking something someone else may or say something and do the opposite, to hide from others one�s harmful or destructive true intentions or motives against them, to act as foundation or base or ground for someone or something, to guard or support or defend or save or rescue or preserve or reinforce or shelter or look after or take care of or back up someone or something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to provide someone or something with sanctuary or refuge or hiding place or home or roof over head or guardianship or patronage or breathing space or room for manoeuvre in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to limit or restrict or restraint or arrest or imprison or captivate or constrict someone or something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to have place to stay or reside or have an abode or a dwelling, to stay overnight in a place, to belong to a place or people in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to have a family or circle or party or group or an association or organisation or country or kingdom in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to separate or isolate or cut off or boycott or break off ties with or sever relationship or break down or disintegrate or fragment or decompose, to decay, to become worn out or tired, to suffer from fatigue, to protrude, to overhang, to be suspended in the air, to urge or encourage or drive or exhort or push or move or inspire or motivate someone to be or to do or to have or to use something, to make or have or use weapons or tools or instruments or machines or mechanisms or appliances or equipments, house or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, unbalanced or wrongly founded or unstable structure or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, ox-goad or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

181) Surely set up systems and laws of Allah have been delivering and making obvious results of harmful and destructive thoughts and actions of such people always who rather than understanding His purpose and plan based working of the universe and things in it according to His set up systems and laws as explained by Him, out of their ignorance based arrogance say, Allah is poor because He cannot feed the poor Himself but we are rich because people in need of things come to us and we fulfil their needs! We will leave deliverance of outcome of their this mindset, attitude and behaviour which they express to Our set up systems and laws in the universe as We let them deal with those before them due to their harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other for petty personal gains at each other�s expense who waged wars against Our messengers without any justification, that is why We leave such as do not heed Our guidance to their own devices to suffer the painful existence by hands of each other as an outcome of their own harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each due to their inventing and adopting a way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other.

These like verses in the Quran make it very clear how the universe and things in it work in order to fulfil purpose and plan of Allah according to his set up systems and laws. Set up systems and laws of Allah in the universe never change and cannot change or the whole thing collapses. Allah has been explaining these things to mankind through his revealed messages by sending many human beings as his messengers in order to help mankind to live in this universe properly. However most people have been ignoring his guidance and the result of that was not good for them and it will not be good for any people who will have similar or alike mindset, attitude and behaviour regardless of time and place. In other words Allah has put in place measures to keep things in balance within a set range under all circumstances and in all situations in this universe to make it a complete system or unit that works as it is supposed to. It is a closed loop system that is self correcting and human population is bound by this system to think and act properly as advised. So whenever whichever people go in the opposite direction too far then nature takes actions to bring them back to their senses little by little. People when they are fighting with each other they lose sense of nature and sight of how things work so they end up in suffering due to natural disasters and infighting till people who try to pull the world in the right direction a little overcome their opponents. The Quran is not a book for any particular people but whole of humanity so whichever people will live by it, it will benefit them and those who will not will keep on facing the consequences of their own thoughts and actions against it till humanity becomes literal, educated, trained and thoughtful enough to see that they cannot escape from what is stated in the Quran about the universe and human beings in it. This verse also raises another very important point that people who are ignorant about purpose and plan of Allah for creation of the universe and humanity in it, have very wrong ideas about things. They think that it is for Allah to provide everything for everyone individually. That is because people are misled by their religious leadership who tell people to ask God directly for things of need or want and when they do not get what they ask for they are ridiculed along with God himself. Whereas Allah always explained to all human populations by way of his covenants why He has created everything and how the universe is set up to work and how the systems and laws work that operate in there. Not only that but how human beings should organise and regulate themselves as a proper human communities and work for things of need and want as fully explained in the scriptures. No one was ever told by God to sit idle and ask God for everything and wait till getting them. Rulers, mullahs and money lenders have misled mankind always about plan and purpose of God and how he does things and what he expects of human beings. All scriptures ever sent by God always told people clearly, what was responsibility of God and what was responsibility of human beings themselves towards each other ie responsibility of God was only and only to provide everything for all they were ever going to need and to guide them as to how to make proper use of provided things. This is why if people operated their world the way they were told by God then none could suffer hunger or thirst or go without necessities of life at all. It is because people are living by their own self invented ways of life as opposed to adopting the way of life advised by God for them, so that is what is causing all sorts of problems between people. Unless people stop living that way, painful consequences for humanity will continue with increasing pain as time marches on. This also tells us Islam is not a religion as mullahs will have us believe. God is not looking for slaves or false praise. He is offering mankind his friendship based upon human dignity not slavery as rulers, mullahs and money lenders will have us believe. This is why deen of Islam is very different from all the versions of religion people have ever invented for themselves in order to fool each other for personal gains at the expense of each other.

182) That is what some of you the human beings send forth by your own hands for your own future and for future of your generations to come whereas Allah never inflicts with harms and destructions such people as serve Him according to His guidance.

Verses like these explain the point that whatever people think and do it has serious consequences for them as well as their generations to come. So if mankind do not want to inherit a terrible world by making of their own hands or do not want to leave their coming generations with a terrible world then they must think and act responsibly or consequences will result in terrible painful suffering for all who deserve it due to being inactive or due to acting the harmful and destructive way. If people will create conflicts between themselves then they will suffer due to those conflicts for generations to come. Tribal rivalries and animosities were based upon same mindsets, attitudes and behaviour as we find today in the name of society, politics, culture, economics or religion or secularism etc. If we do not feed mothers properly or expose them to dangers, then children born of such mothers will be mentally or physically deformed instead of normal. So helping each other and seeing sense is the only way forward for humanity. Fighting between people is only going to make our world hell for all of us. The cooperation and brotherhood will make us healthier and happier people because we will have more fulfilling lives.

183) So as for those people of the book who claim, Allah has bound us by an agreement that we must not trust and support any claimant of messengership of Allah unless he comes to us with an offering that is totally engulfed or consumed by light of knowledge. Say, there came to you messengers just like me before me with clear program, goals and guidelines as well as they created the environment that you describe then ask each other, why did you campaign against them instead of accepting and supporting them if you are truly committed to agreement with Allah as you claim?

This verse takes us back to verses in this surah which talk about the people of the book and particularly those of them who went off the track and made excuses for not following the way of life advised by Allah and instead of accepting and supporting this last messengers of Allah rejected and opposed him. This mindset, attitude and behaviour is not only of these people but of all those who do not want to contribute anything towards others than harms and destructions. They say, what we have we have earned it ourselves through our own knowledge and hard work so why should we give it to others. When people think like this and do things like this then the  world can never become peaceful because with that mindset, attitude and behaviour each and every person will try to take whatever one can from others and try to hold on it. This way people leave each other no choice but to stab each other in the back all the time when an opportunity avails itself to them. All this because people are not bothered with learning about purpose and plan of God for them which ought to give them solid foundation for a proper human community to base themselves upon.

Word QURBAAN is from root QAAF, RAA and BAA. Already explained but for reminder it also means offering or something alike or similar, to make something same as or similar or be alike, to be exact image of, to bring something closer to something, to harmonise things, to make things consistent with each other, to make things stick together or work together as a unit, to act as a unit or a system, to create a system or unit or unity, to bring about something complete that works, to bring something that unites people or things, to approach, to tackle something from a particular angle for some reason or purpose, to step on something or be in step or in sync with something eg with a reference point or standard etc etc.

184) The truth is, if they reject and oppose your mission then it is nothing new for them as a people because likewise people of their ilk opposed messengers who came to them before you with a clear program, goals and guidelines for a constitution and laws for enlightenment of mankind.

185) However be warned O human beings, each and every way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other due to harmful and destructive human desires and ambitions will face death by hands of mankind themselves. It is because you the mankind will be delivered full outcomes of your thoughts and actions only during the period of time when way of life advised by Allah will become faithfully established so only he who is far removed from the fire of hatred of mankind based upon personal gains at the expense of each other and is admitted in the blissful, dignified and secure life providing kingdom based upon guidance of Allah will have succeeded. Otherwise life in this world is only a purposeless thing for a people.

A very clear message for mankind that, all human populations will perish after a painful suffering by hands of each other unless they follow a way of life advised by Allah as a proper human community. This is why this surah is named AALI IMRAAN and in it people are told that nothing less than deen of Islam will ensure their well being, so it is better for mankind to consider this way of life very seriously if their well being is of any importance for themselves. Otherwise they can keep trying all they can and keep collecting the results for thinking and doing that and they will see word of Allah will keep on proving itself consistent always.

Also a place full of danger in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, victory or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, safety and security or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, achievement or success or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, a place of safety and security or a safe place or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, winners or victorious or gainers or successful people in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, those who triumph or achieve their goals or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, fulfilment or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, distance far enough from danger or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, the act of achieving or succeeding or gaining or winning or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, appliances, equipments, machines, mechanisms, war machines, musical instrument, artwork tool, gunships, fighter jets, rockets, guns and bullets, fort or defence wall, safety measures, precautions, to succeed in achieving one�s objective, to accomplish one�s goal, to get what one aims for or desires, to triumph, to succeed or be successful, to distance oneself far away from danger, to achieve, to accomplish, to be victorious, to be a winner in a struggle for something, to gain, to profit, to benefit, to be in a safe place, to be in a comfortable situation or circumstances, to save oneself from loss or damage or harm or destruction, to be far away from poverty or disease or trouble or difficulty, to boast, to talk big, to make empty noises, to slander, to accuse falsely, to link to, to connect with, to have something to do with, to fight, to struggle, to make weapons, to use tools, to twist or turn, to deceive, to play an effective role in something happening, to make something happen, to whistle or blow a whistle or trumpet, to make noise or beat the drums, to declare or declare a war, to proclaim, to announce, to publicise, to scatter or spread or disperse or broadcast something, to convey or let know a message to public or masses, to gossip or backbite, to spread rumours or false rumours, to inflate or bellow or blow up or explode or expand or grow or increase, to explain or detail, to deliver a lecture or speech, to give a talk, to combat or contend or debate, to dispute or differ or dissent, to cause conflict or fight or war, to create a gulf or gap or distance between things, to move apart or go away or leave or leave alone or desert or abandon or ignore or neglect or evade or avoid or bypass, to eat or devour or consume, to gulp down the throat, to open or close, to shut or shutdown or seal or block or stop, to force open, to join or combine or link or connect, to form a network of people or things, to create a communication network, to be in touch or put in contact, to hang or hold or catch or latch onto someone or something, to build roads or paths or bridges to help people come together, to bind or tie things or people together, to create links and relationships between people and things, to have understanding or comprehension about people or things, to have power or authority or grip or grasp or control or jurisdiction over, to embrace or surround or encompass or overcome or overpower or overwhelm, to undermine or defeat or humble, to force to submit or yield or surrender or accept defeat, to be involved or included, to be part of , to have a hand in something happening or making it happen, to make or have or use tools or weapons or instruments or equipments or machines or appliances or mechanisms, to injure or wound or hurt, to make or have or use swords or spears or bows and arrows or protecting shields, to put safety and security measures in place, to take appropriate actions or steps to ensure well being of people or things, to put a program into action for achieving some goals according to some set out guidelines to ensure successful existence of a people, to follow revelation of God, to adopt a way of life advised by God, to revolutionise a people through a proper program by way of appropriate education and training so that they are able to accomplish their mission or assignment or goal successfully, to become literate or educated or trained or skilful, to be an expert in something, to be highly experienced in something, to be able to achieve or accomplish something, mouth or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, hook or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, weapon or tool or instrument or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

186) You who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind will indeed be availed opportunities for working hard to progress and prosper through whatever you are provided with as individuals and as a community despite conspiracies by many of those who were given the scriptures before you as well as those who live by rule of law of others than Allah. But if you persevered and remained consistent with program, goals and guidelines of Allah for ensuring well beings of humanity then that will always prove a deciding factor in all of your affairs.

187) Call to mind when Allah charged those who had received the scripture from Him before you with responsibility that you are to explain it clearly to mankind and hide it not so that together you could brings about a kingdom based upon it for your blissful, dignified and secure existence yet they flung that responsibility behind their backs in exchange for a petty personal gains based way of life at the expense of each other. Harmful and destructive indeed is for humanity that way of life which they have invented and adopted at the expense of the way of life advised by Allah so harms and destructions will continue for mankind by hands of each other till people stop living by their invented and adopted way of life and start living by way of life they are advised by Allah.

The Quran is full of verses wherein Allah clearly tells people to learn sense of making proper sense of things and educate each other about the revelation from him so that you people could know the way to live in this world properly in order to adopt it faithfully so that you could end up in a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah wherein people could have blissful, dignified and secure existence as a proper human community. The Quran talks about beautiful companions in the kingdom because only people who do not think ill about each other and instead work for ensuring well being of each other could prove to be good companions otherwise people prove to each other as neighbours from hell.

188) Therefore think not about such people who are happy on the basis of token works they do for others for show off and seek loads of praise for doing that from others while in fact they avoid doing what they are supposed to do that such people will be saved from painful suffering by hands of each other because the fact is for them is a terribly painful suffering by hands of each other.

A very big slap on faces of mullahs who tell people Islam is a charity based religion ie one should only give a little bit of what one has to charity eg 2.5%. Islam is a brotherhood based way of life wherein people are duty bound to fully look after each other as a family and a community. There are no charity cases in Islam. You do not look down on your bother or child or elder as a charity case. Each and every person is supposed to contribute whatever one is capable of to the best of one�s God given abilities and all share benefits that come about as a result of this close cooperation between all members of community. Allah has created mankind with dignity and does not allow one human being to look down on the other. This is why none can be ruler of another in deen of Islam. Each person takes on responsibility to serve the community as best as one can. No rulers, mullahs and money lender in Islam so no ruled people, no religious people and no money borrowers in Islam. There is nothing for sale in Islam and nothing to buy because deen of Islam is all about benefitting each other not about inflicting losses upon each other. So how can business based upon profit and loss be Islamic or how can there be any banking system based upon any such idea? The same is there for dealing with nonMuslims ie they can exchange things of need for things of need with Muslim community. This is what turned nonMuslims to Islam at a massive scale when Islamic kingdom came about. This surah is moving towards its conclusion so it is bringing up things in relation to people and community because next surah begins with rights and responsibilities of people as an organised and regulated community. What a forceful slap on faces of mullahs who due to their st**idity think the Quran is just a random text that makes no sense till mullahs explain it through their made up senseless stories which they call reasons for revaltions of verses in the Quran or SHAANE NAZOOL. As one can see if the Quran is so consistent in such long surahs why should it lack that consistency in its shorter surahs? This is why people need to watch out for deceptions by mullahs and their supporters ie rulers and money lenders etc whose cause they spearhead.

189) That is how Allah shows that ownership and sovereignty in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him alone, for it is Allah alone who has set up systems and laws or processes and mechanisms or measures for operations of all things.

Just as Allah has set up measures for the worlds far away and the world within our reach so he has set up standard for mankind to meet for living a bliss, dignified and secure life in this universe as already explained in detail.

190) Surely in the creation and evolution of the heavens and the earth and in the phenomenon of alternation of the night and the day are evidences to observe and learn lessons from for people who have learned sense to make proper sense of things,

Verses like this have parallel complementary meanings as explained already eg it also means range of people who rise to heights of excellence and people who fall into abyss of confusion. The good days and the bad days for nations, there are lot of things to reflect about as to why things happen the way they do. If they are going the wrong way then what to do and if they are going the right way, how people ought to find out etc etc.

191) Such as those who reflect over explanation of things by Allah while standing, sitting or lying down on their side as well as ponder over creation, evolution and harmony of the heavens and the earth saying, our Creator and Sustainer! You originated and evolved all this not for no purpose at all. Purposefully perfect is Your planning and execution of things so relieve us from and protect us against fire of hatred between us through Your advised way of life for us so that we could also live as a proper human community in a purposeful harmony.

192) Our Creator and Sustainer, any people who ignore Your advised way of life You leave them to enter fire of hatred and animosity against each other for petty personal gains at the expense of each other, You surely make such people face consequences of their own harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other by hands of each other because they instead of living by Your advised way of life which can lead them to blissful, dignified and secure existence deliberately live their lives according to way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other whereby they end up inflict harms and destructions upon each other for petty personal gains due to their harmful and destructive desires and ambitions. So there is no supporting foundation for such people as inflict harms and destructions upon each other to survive intact in this universe.

193) Our Creator and Sustainer! We heard indeed a crier calling us to commit ourselves to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind saying, commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind in the name of your Creator and Sustainer, so we have committed ourselves to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind indeed. Our Creator and Nourisher, therefore free us from and protect us against having harmful and destructive thoughts and actions against each other through our works for ensuring well being of humanity and that way make us from among those who think properly and act faithfully according to Your guidance therefore end up blessed with abundance of beneficial ideas and things.

194) Our Creator and Cherisher, grant us the blissful and dignifying kingdom for Our secure existence as a proper human community which You have promised us through Your messengers and that way spare us from being confronted with consequences of our harmful and destructive thoughts and actions which lead to the period of bloody revolutions. Surely You never go back on Your promises.

In verses like this we are told that people who are sensible do not look forward to bloody revolutions instead they try to live sensibly right from the start so that all are reasonably satisfied with their lives as a proper human community. On the other hand when people live senselessly and cause problems for each other then time is set for bloody revolutions because as problems spreads far too much beyond the control of any powerful people then life is going to be a pit of hell that is going to consume all who come in its path. The other vitally important point made in this verse is, what Allah can and cannot do ie he cannot go back on his word. It is explained in this like verses very clearly that Allah never works like a baby throwing about things all over the place senselessly rather all his works are based upon his well thought out plan for a set purpose in order to prove to mankind the fact that he is full of wisdom. So mullahs are st**id who think Allah has power so he can do whatever he like or whenever he likes regardless of his purpose and plan. They are not realising that the Quran is full of verses which talk about the way Allah does things ie he has a purpose for which he plans things thoughtfully and then carries them out. This is why Allah can never go against his purpose and plan otherwise he fails in carrying out his will. Allah has choice before he decides to do something but once he has done it there is no going back even for Allah. Mullahs think Allah is just like them and their rulers and money lenders who can change their minds whenever they like and as they like. What an ignorant bunch of people mullahs are and what an ignorant sheepish following they have which believes all these foolish things they utter from their mouths against the Quran. No wonder ummah is in terrible state of existence due to following such like people.

195) Thus responded to them their Creator and Sustainer saying, I cause no loss in results of works of any of you the members of the proper human communities, be they part of the administration of the proper human community or the proper human community itself. Some of you have helped others such as those who migrated or were driven out from their dwelling places. Because they suffered harms and destructions for trying to establish My advised way of life in the world and yet they struggled and fought their way through, surely My guidance will help them replace their harmful and destructive thoughts and actions with their benevolent and constructive thoughts and actions and bring them into blissful kingdoms in which flow rivers of livelihood as a reward for them for following program, goals and guidelines of Allah. That is how you the mankind will come to know that in following advised way of life by Allah rests the best possible outcome of your thoughtful actions.

When individuals rise in their thinking levels in their own environments or societies due to learning sense of making proper sense of things, if they then try to make proper sense of the universal realities and the revelation of God they are bound to succeed. However proper knowledge of realities of the universe and the revelation of God is not the only thing they need they also need to get up and do what they need to do to accomplish what they are supposed to or required to attain or achieve. Just knowing how to build a house is not enough one must also get everything one needs to build the house and then build it as well only then one will have the house not otherwise. In short the whole process must be gone through to compete it for the purpose it is started or all will come to nothing at all. The problem is in any human population different people look at things differently and they need to be brought together and that is where problems start. At the very start of a movement one needs to know what the purpose of the movement is supposed to be and so one has to have a program with goals and guidelines which needs to be followed step by step by all as a single unit till it is fully implemented. Once the program is installed and is up and running fine then it will do what it is suppose to do but till then people need to show resilience and steadfastness ie problems in the way of movement should not end up disheartening the people involved. This can only be achieved by people coming together and working as one people. This is why the Quran repeatedly tells its followers to be one to begin with ie become united on basis of the Quranic program, goals and guidelines by having a constitution and laws as a proper human community and then expand till all population of a land accepts the change for the good of itself and that will bring about the kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. One must become aware of the fact that individuals cannot bring about a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah by force. It is because deen of Islam is basically about bringing about a God conscience self regulated human society. Moreover no human society can function trouble free in which people are forced to do things against their will. People must be willing participants in a kingdom so that it could be labelled kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. This is why there is huge difference between constitutions and laws people make for controlling each other and the constitution and laws that are based upon guidelines of Allah. Laws of Allah are supposed to regulate people so that they move in the direction set for people for by Allah which is for ensuring their own well being as a proper human community. However all is not up to people who work for God and humanity but up to rest of human population also as to how it takes things. If it reacts badly to message of God for human brotherhood and gets violent then peaceful people also have no choice but to retaliate in a similar way in order to defend themselves. This is why mission assigned by God to people is not necessarily free of violence even though it is mission for establishing peace in the kingdom of God for ensuring well being of mankind themselves, so participants in the mission or missionaries and their supporters or backers need to be well prepared for dealing with all situations and eventualities that may arise during the missionary work. In this verse however attention is drawn to migrants from other places ie they need to be accommodated with dignity by host community. This raises a big question ie how to accommodate migrants or absorb them? If migrants are not allowed in then mission will fail but if too many are allowed in and they swamp the local community then that too will cause mission to fail to fail. This is why missionaries first must see how many people they can accommodate and then they should take message of deen of Islam only to as many people as many they can cope with. This demands that a critical but happy balance is struck so that it is not too much for the host community to cope with and not too little that rest of mankind are left to keep on suffering by hands of each due to their ignorance about message of God. For this missionaries can decide whether it will be better for people to come to them or that missionaries should do things to ensure their well being wherever they are. However this depends upon how capable the missionary community has made itself to cope with these kinds of issues in relation to mission called deen of Islam that is here to change the human world for the good of itself. These issues in themselves tell us what deen of Islam is about ie it is not about what mullahs will have us believe ie be a pooja paat Muslim. Deen of Islam is a big thing so it raises big issues that are related to well being of mankind but st**idity of mullahs has no bounds who cannot think beyond pooja paat otherwise how could this ummah be in the situation that it is in for so many centuries since after the passing away of final messenger of Allah? Accommodating migrants means provision of food and shelter for them. Not only that but taking care of their health related issues as well as their education and training etc etc so that they could become part of the community fully. All this cannot be done on basis of mullahs based interpretation of the Quran and deen of Islam. Islam of mullahs was never able to look after Muslims and if anything it ruined this ummah almost totally through rule of human beings over human beings. Not only that but through business for profit by inflicting devastating losses upon each other. BY system of ZAKAAH or alms for the poor and MIRAAS or ownership of land and resources by individuals which is inherited by one�s family etc etc. Mullahs are a curse for this ummah and so are its rulers and money lenders, their touts and supporters as well as their followers. So if people want blissful, dignified and secure existence in this world then they must have deen of Islam that is properly based upon the Quran and they must work hard to know it properly and to follow it faithfully otherwise there is no end to their troubles by hands of each other.

196) So never let worldwide campaigning and striving against Our advised of way of life by those who reject and oppose it for holding on to way of life based upon personal gains at the each other�s for saving their petty personal gains confusion you regarding truth about Our advised way of life for leading you the mankind to blissful, dignified and secure existence in this world.

197) Their petty personal gains are but a brief comfort for them till their victims wake up and react that is how soon the consequences of their harmful and destructive desires and ambitions will land them in terrible agony, which is indeed a terrible state of existence for them to be in, in this very world.

Living as individuals on the basis of petty personal gains at the expense of becoming a proper human community has some advantages for a few most powerful and wealthy individuals but it does not last very long because conflicts keep arising and increase each day till there comes about a day when masses rise up bringing about a bloody revolt or revolution that shatters all dreams of all such people because their children are killed and wealth looted and a real bad name in history is guaranteed for them. Not only that life in this world itself is not very long for people to be cruel to each other. Moreover all sorts of crimes takes place in such human populations which do not take good care of each other because in that human population each is only and only for oneself. This is how comes about a dog eat dog world, so what a terrible loss in every way for these like people and when they will be confronted by Allah in hereafter things will only get worse for them who treat other human beings with such disrespect and contempt. Moreover their challenging of rule of law of the real ruler of this universe ie Allah can only and only have one outcome and that is not going to be good for them. On top of all this living in confusion and fear all the time is nothing less than a terrible agony.

198) However those who will live by guidance of their Creator and Sustainer for ensuring well being of each other they will end up in kingdoms which will ensure their blissful, dignified and secure existence in which will flow rivers of plentiful livelihood and all they will need and want wherein they will abide as a result of knowing properly what came to them from Allah and they acted upon it faithfully and there is nothing from Allah but that which can only and only ensure well of mankind.

A very clear proof that Allah has not created mankind to test them for his pooja paat and reward and punish them but to find their way to the ultimate goal all by themselves with a little help from their creator and sustainer. The ultimate goal is full recognition and appreciation of their creator and sustainer. It is because Allah expressed himself through creation and revelation and mankind he created to appreciate his creation and revelation by finding out things themselves and that is why he gave them brains, senses and bodies to enable them to fulfil this purpose. So those who will use their provided things appropriately will benefit and those who will not will suffer the consequences.

199) Surely from among the people of the book there are some who are truly committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind according to the program, goals and guidelines of Allah as revealed to you and as was revealed to them, focused fully upon establishing the rule of law based upon guidance of Allah. They do not trade way of life advised by Allah for ensuring well being of mankind for a way of life based upon petty personal gains at the expense of each other whereby mankind inflict harms and destructions upon each other. They are the ones the outcome of whose proper thoughts and actions rests upon set-up systems and laws of Allah and set-up systems and laws of Allah are strict and swift in delivering to human populations outcomes of their thoughts and actions for or against each other appropriately and respectively.

200) So O you who claim to be committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind! Endure and out do all others in thinking and doing things by being organised and regulated properly to be consistent with guidance of Allah and each other by being a proper human community so that you succeed in your accomplishment of your Allah assigned mission.

space travel systems or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, bridge or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, chief, king, leader or leadership, guide, instructor, teacher, trainer, patron or guardian, manager or management, administrator or administration, command and control centre, central nervous system, government or governing body of a country or company or an organisation or association or community or a people, top part or section of something, best or worst part of something, cream of the crop, chiefdom, kingship, or purpose, landmark or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

This surah was all about people and what they should do to succeed in their life. The vital importance of community life is made clear as well as the need for literacy, education and training to be able to think and do things properly in order to meet all eventualities as individuals and as groups as well as, as a proper human communities. The emphasis in previous surah was on identifying problems between individuals and groups and solving them and the emphasis in the next surah is about rights and responsibilities of individuals and groups and the community as a whole. The Quran is proving fully consistent so far in what it states. Problem is mullahs are illiterate, uneducated and untrained to think and do things properly and that is why people should not reject the message of God in the Quran due to foolishness of mullahs.

Surah 4      AL-NISAA-The vital importance of social, political and economic set up and systems, structures, procedures and practices for delivery of rights to individuals through distribution of responsibilities to individuals for a proper human community for managing its people and resources properly through related set up institutions

This surah is named ANNISAA due to the subject matter discussed in it. As explained already the Quran does not select words for labelling its surahs randomly. In Surah one it was made clear for mankind they cannot have blissful, dignified and secure future unless they follow program, goals and guidelines of Allah as a proper human community. In Surah two it was made clear for mankind that conflicts based upon personal vested interests between them cannot be eliminated unless they follow program, goals and guidelines of Allah in all their thoughts and actions with respect to each other. In Surah three it was made clear that people cannot organise and regulate themselves as a proper human community unless they understand properly and follow faithfully program, goals and guidelines of Allah. In this Surah mankind are told the same thing again ie to organise and regulate themselves into a proper human community in order to be united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous. Although the main message is very same in all the Quranic surahs yet each surah also brings in other matters of concern that need to be understood properly and followed faithfully by people so that they could become a proper human community in a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. The main point people need to realise is, they cannot become a proper human community or live as a proper human community unless they make a lot of changes to their own mindsets, attitudes and behaviours towards each other. The Quran demands that people give up the way of life they have adopted which is based upon personal gains at the expense of each other because the while they live that way they cannot do the needed good for benefiting each other even if they wish to do so due to each and every person being trapped in that way of life. This is why the Quran tells people to first and foremost understand the deen of Islam properly and then adopt it faithfully. The reason is, deen of Islam is the way of life which if understood properly and adopted faithfully by mankind as a proper human community then it can lead them to blissful, dignified and secure existence in this world. This is why this message is of such vital importance that all in one�s power must be done to make people aware of it worldwide as well as about it properly and faithfully so that people could adopt it for ensuring their own well being in this world. Therefore anyone who learns deen of Islam properly from others and teaches it to others faithfully will have huge rewards in this world as well as in hereafter. This is why deen of Islam is a mission assigned by God for mankind for their own good because it is for ensuring their own well being with full help and support of each other without which plan and purpose of God cannot become fulfilled. This is why each and every person who accepts deen of Islam is a missionary or a person on a mission to save people from being destroyed by hands of each other due to adopting the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other. Deen of Islam originates from God and people have it because God made sure mankind survive and not only survive but have a great life in this world so he sent his messengers with his books to help people live in this world properly.

In order to live in this world properly people needed to learn how to organise and regulate themselves properly so in this surah God is telling people about organisational structuring and importance of rights and responsibilities and how guidance of Allah is related to mankind. This is why random thoughts and actions by individuals do not mean much in the context of the Quranic way of life. One has to know the overall picture and then work towards making that picture a reality just like building a house from the house map. The Quran is book of house rules because this universe is given to people by God to live in it according to his provided house rules. Rules are not given to mankind by God to hinder or trap them but to help them fulfil his plan and purpose for which he created them and the rest of the universe and things in it. This is why what different versions of religion or secularism tell people are of little or no help and instead they are a huge hindrance because they hide from mankind the real picture of what this life is all about. This is why rulers, money lenders, mullahs, their touts, supporters and followers are a huge problem for themselves and others because they push the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other therefore all people end up fighting against each other for their survival as individuals instead of working together for ensuring well being of whole of humanity. This is why if we human beings want the life the Quran promises us then we must learn about it and try to work out ways of getting that kind of life for ourselves in this world, the sooner the better. Therefore unless a human population understands properly and accept deen of Islam willingly and organises and regulates itself faithfully according to it, it cannot have the life promised by the Quran right from the beginning verse of the Quran. So human populations must organise and regulate themselves by bringing about needed social, political cultural and economic institutions, systems, structures, procedures and practices as already explained in detail. Without doing all this there can be no proper human community based upon guidance of Allah and there is none and seeing the depth and breadth of the knowledge required and the hard work needed for bringing about such a community one will deem it impossible but the people Allah sent for guidance of mankind did that many times over at a smaller scales as examples or precedents. The most recent of such messengers of Allah was Muhammad the final messenger of God who against all odds managed to bring about the kingdom based upon guidance of Allah in Arabia more than 1400 years ago. Adam was the very first messenger of Allah who brought about the very first kingdom based upon guidance of Allah as has been explained already in detail.

The main point in this surah is matters relating organisation and regulation of people and things. People are told to organise and regulate themselves as groups and parties or small communities and administrations and that way link to each other in various ways as an overall proper human community that is organised and regulated fully and properly according to the Quranic program, goals and guidelines through a proper constitution and laws based upon the Quranic program, goals and guidelines as explained in detail already. The Quran wants human beings to become a self organised and self regulated proper human community based upon a constitution and laws derived from the Quran by its highly knowledgeable followers in light of real world realities. Since human organisation and regulation involves a)constitution and laws based upon program, goals and guidelines of Allah b)communities c) administrations and d) institutions etc hence the name of this surah is ANNISAA. This surah explains how people ought to be organised in to communities, administrations and institutions etc ie the managers, the managed and the related institutions. An organisation can have horizontal or vertical or mixed structures. An organisation can have predecessors, successors, parents, children, mothers, daughters or sisters organisations connected to it. A group can also have brotherly or sisterly groups. Organisations could be closely related or they could be distantly or remotely connected depending upon the reasons or purposes for the connections. Once a people come together as a community for a program to fulfil some goals then social relationships are established on that basis, which are called constitutional or legal relationships. This is why humanity has relationships such as parents and children, doctors and patients, teachers and students or working colleagues or partner relationships etc etc. Animals do not need such relationships because they do not have the sense needed for that purpose only people have that sense hence the need for such organisations and their regulations. This is how social structure becomes defined for social, political, economic etc reasons for assigning legal responsibilities and legal rights to people regarding each other. Not only that but, institutions are also set up as part of organisation in order to help organisation carry out its functions as needed by the community as smoothly as possible. It is very important to realise that the Quran is not starting with assumption that there is already an established Islamic state. It is educating people from the very start of the process to its very completion but with gaps for people to fill in by interacting with the provided information in the Quran and their own life experiences within the universal environment. It is telling people how to come together and organise as a community and then keep on expanding as a community till enough people have joined the community to declare the land in which they live a kingdom based upon guidance of its creator and sustainer and then transfer or transform the community organisation into an administration of that kingdom. In other words Quran does not want people to live as isolated individuals and that is because that way humanity will not make as much progress as it will if people stuck together for all the good reasons or purposes such as ensuring well being of each other. Individuals become more motivated when they are part of a lively community and together people can move mountains which individuals on their own cannot. This can stop people from competing against each other as rivals for their personal gains at each other�s expense whereby whole human race is held back from making full progress and becoming fully prosperous as already explained in detail. The Quran started with an overall context of the Quranic text in surah one and then took on the subject of divisions and unity in surah two and then moved onto importance of people to form communities in surah three. Now it is talking about essentials for organisation and regulation of people. In each surah the Quran keeps reminding people about other things as well so that people do not lose sight of overall picture the Quran is presenting to mankind as a proper human community that is to be brought about for a set purpose as explained in the Quran itself.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

1) O you the mankind! Be consistent with program, goals and guidelines of your Creator and Sustainer Who evolved you from a single tree of life whereof He evolved its life support system and spread by means of both these mechanisms life forms in an organised and regulated manner including human beings as communities and administrations. So be consistent with program, goals and guidelines of Allah whereby you have rightful claim to constitutional and legal rights against each other and whereby your constitutional and legal responsibilities and obligations towards each other are secured, therefore fulfil your obligations towards each other concerning your ties of social relationships, this is how in knowing guidance of Allah properly and following it faithfully lies blissful, dignified and secure existence for you the mankind as a proper human community. No doubt guidance of Allah is a guardian for you to guide you and that way keep you right.

Also wound or hurt or pain or sadness or sorrow or grief or anguish or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, an illness or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, anxiety or panic or worry or distress or depression or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, concern or interest or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, clothe hanger or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, scarecrow or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, an imitation or likeness of something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, frame or framework or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, structure that gives something its shape or form in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, mist or cloud of dust  or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to reveal something that worries or bothers someone, to distribute or divide, to spread or scatter or disperse, to disseminate, to cause to multiply or grow or increase in numbers, to prosper, to disclose sorrow or worry or illness or hurt or injury, to generate, to bring into being or existence, to produce as a result of chemical or physical process, to procreate, to produce electricity, to produce energy, to generate power or strength, to originate, to spread out, to publicise, to broadcast, to proclaim or declare publicly, to make an open declaration, to demonstrate, to show or manifest, to make known, to aware or let know or inform, to let others know, to draw attention of others to oneself, to invent something, to let know something to others that is not known already to them, to make obvious, scattered moth, the dust particle that are spread by wind, to spread things in great numbers, to be source or cause of something happening, to propagate, to show concern or worry about, to be concerned about someone or something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to be or become unfit or ill or unwell or unhealthy, to be sick, to spread or scatter about, to infect or influence or affect, to expose or bring to light, to give shape or form to an idea in reality, to make real, to be interested in someone or something, to have a share in something, to share, to be a partner in something, to be a participant, to take part in something, to interact or socialise or intermingle or mix with, to be related or interconnected or interlinked or interdependent, to outline or sketch, to see or show the bigger picture, to have an overall idea or view about something, to consider something as a whole, to put forth a whole system as a complete working unit, to put forth a program or blueprint for something, to give an overall picture of something, to protect or preserve or save or rescue or guard or shield or defend or look after or take care of or manage or handle or control or keep an eye on or spy on, to provide with refuge or hospitality or home or sanctuary or hiding place or shelter or roof over head or room for manoeuvre or space for breathing or guardianship or patronage or backing or reinforcement or support or help or umbrella or canopy, to limit or confine or restrict or constrict or strangle or imprison or arrest, to hold back or prevent or resist or impede, to be reluctant or hesitant, to belong to a people or place or position or rank or circle or organisation or company or association or family or tribe or country or kingdom, to wash clothes, to hang clothes on a clothe hanger, to be bare bones, to invent or create, to forge, to fabricate, to lie, to generate falsehood, to make something appear or appear in its true shape or form or size, to lock up, to cut off or separate or isolate or boycott, to sever ties with or break off relationships with, to include or exclude, to let in or keep out, to tie down, to bring or keep together, to united or tie together, to make people or things stick together or to interact with each other, house or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, skeleton or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc. 

In this verse it is said that Allah created a unit of life form eg a living cell or seed for tree of life which grows with time in order to reach its full potential. It also tells, from it he created all life forms including human beings as well as life support system eg food chain. This means that one life form depends upon the other life forms for its origin and existence and development in various ways. This is description of evolution of life. Ultimately life forms give rise to or bring about human beings who then evolve in to a kind of beings which need help of their creator and sustainer due to having ability of thinking and planning hence the need for them to look for external information for their guidance to get around the maze of life and hence the need for Allah to provide them with his guidance. The guidance is all about how people ought to live in this life so that they could develop themselves and develop this world so that it gives them a life worth living and thereby makes humanity appreciate greatness of their creator and sustainer as already explained in detail. Once they set out on the given task to achieve their God assigned goals they are well on the way to be rewarded and awarded for their works by means of God�s set up systems and laws in this universe. The judgement of God about people in this world is already in action not only through his set up systems and laws but also on basis of the criterion God has set for mankind through sending his revelations to them via his messengers and missionaries. The Quran does not give any fully worked out list of laws but assigns a program with goals and guidelines and leaves rest to people themselves to do as they please and face the consequences. The very basic goals to begin with are unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind which people must achieve for themselves using revelation of God and his provisions by means of their own God given potential for creativity. This is what mankind are told to work towards to begin with in order to reach higher goals such as travelling throughout the universe to see creativity of their creator and sustainer. The guidelines for all this come from program, goals and guidelines themselves eg the Quran tells mankind do not oppress and suppress each other, do not be unjust and cruel to each other, do not create hatred and wars with each other, do not try to dominate each other by undermining each other, do not try to keep each other ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained or unskilled so that you could use and abuse each other. Do not create differences, divisions, rifts, disputes, rivalries, animosities, conflicts, fights and war with each other. Instead work hard to free each other from all kinds of problems and difficulties. Fight for freedom and justice for ensuring well being of each other. Have compassion and kindness for ensuring well being of each other and work for brotherhood, peace, progress and prosperity of each other. Get rid of ignorance, illiteracy and lack of education and poverty and diseases of all sorts. In this framework of program, goals and guidelines ummah is supposed to gather and formulate a constitution based upon the Quran for a proper human community and likewise form needed laws for regulation of the ummah. For this purpose ummah can also refer to precedents set by past generations that organised and regulated themselves as proper human communities or brought about the kingdoms based upon guidance of Allah.

The Quran does not tell mankind to form laws based upon any other sources than the framework provided by the Quran itself and properly guided past generations. A strong slap on the faces of foolish mullahs who want to impose imperial laws upon the ummah in the name of Allah and his messenger and call them Islamic laws or shariah whereby they have been committing SHIRK by endorsing rule of human beings over human beings and so some people became Gods for others instead of fellow human beings. This is why such books of Fiqh should be re-examined properly which were prepared under the advice or influence of rulers, mullahs and money lenders because in them most laws are such that contradict program, goals and guidelines as set by Allah in the Quran as explained in detail already. Likewise all Hadees reports need to be properly re-examined for purpose of precedents for legislation because rulers, mullahs and money lenders have infected them also with their sick mentalities. As already explained the Quran repeatedly condemns blind following of even our own ancestors so how could Allah tell people to follow their secular or religious leaders blindly? This is how people have been attributing lies to God. Moreover idea of false prophets and religious leaders is found in all scriptures of all religions which also makes it absolutely necessary that people learn knowledge to be able to distinguish between the truth and the falsehood in this regard. The proper standard or criterion for distinction between truth and falsehood or right and wrong in this era is only and only the Quran in light of real world realties not any other sources. This is why if anything is according to the Quran in light of real world realities which ensures well being of mankind then that is fine otherwise it is to be taken as problematic therefore not Islamic at all because that will harm or destroy humanity by hand s of people themselves through harmful and destructive divisions and discriminations. It is because the Quran is all about organising and regulating a proper human community for proper management of human population and provided resources so that all needs of all people are fulfilled properly. Islamic law is not for controlling people in order to enslave them by force. Almost all mullah made laws are for controlling masses to enslave them and to keep them enslaved so that rulers and money lenders and mullahs could use them abusively at will. This is why laws are to be legislated by ummah not mullahs in light of the guidance provided by the Quran in light of ground realities faced by the ummah. Any law that contradicts program, goals and guidelines told in the Quran is therefore mullah made. It was never given by Allah nor by his messenger or a proper human community so it it should be taken as such. This is a very clear cut distinction that should never be mistaken. One can see verse one is a highly comprehensive verse in this surah in all necessary aspects. All this shows how important it is for mankind to know the Quran properly and follow it faithfully so that they could bring about a world for themselves which in turn ensures their own well being through blissful, dignified and secure existence, the sooner the better. This should leave one in no doubt as to what JIHAAD is all about in the proper context of the Quran. It is all about working for success of this mission. To begin with one has to strive hard to know the Quran properly and then one has to teach it others properly. That is all one has to do as an individual. Only when people start coming together more and more work needs to be done by the people as an ummah or proper human community for which they must organise and regulate themselves as explained already in detail. Thereafter comes about the kingdom based upon guidance of Allah for ensuring well being of the ummah and thereby of rest of humanity. There is no ummah as described in the Quran at the moment but there are people who claim to be Muslims but most of them have never even read the Quran for understanding it properly for purpose of following it faithfully and that is true state of existence of these people who claim to be Muslims. This shows a lot of work needs to be done before there could come about the ummah the Quran talks about.

This verse puts idea of pooja paat to rest by telling us the Quran is about following a purposeful program ie it is basically about accomplishing some goals according to provided guidelines which ensure well being of mankind. Can pooja paat of God by people as they do throughout the world ever change anything in this world for ensuring well being of mankind? No because if it could then it ought to have done that by now, so as long as people keep doing pooja paat instead of real works which the Quran demands there is never going to be the blissful, dignified and secure life for mankind. A clear proof that pooja paat is only a waste of time. It is invented by mullahs to keep people busy in wrong things so that they do not have time to do the right things which could bring them blissful, dignified and secure existence in this world with help of each other. The idea of piety without needed works which ensure well being of mankind with help and support of each other is only a falsehood to give people false sense of piety so that people get busy in these acts who wish to be near God and leave the rest to those who want to rule humanity as Gods. This is why people need to ask themselves why their mullahs invented make beliefs and useless practices that bring them no relief for their problems related to living in this world? Does praying work when a person has his limb chopped off in a machine by accident? No. Does praying puts food in one�s mouth? No. Does it deliver drink for a person? No. Does it provide people with shelter or other essential needs for living? No. Then what makes people carry on doing pooja paat when their pooja paat has no affect upon God? It is their ignorance about purpose of God for creating this universe and people in it. Once people educate themselves as to why God created this universe and people in it and they do thing to fulfil his plan and purpose from then on things will be fine for them because all their purpose bound needs will become fulfilled even without asking for them. This is why deen of Islam is about understanding things properly and then doing them properly and that is how results of such works by people will show they are going about life the right way. This is why learning about pooja paat and doing pooja paat is nothing but waste of time. The more time people waste in learning about baseless beliefs and carrying out useless practices the less they become capable of living in this world properly as they should because they leave themselves less time for studying guidance of Allah properly and following it faithfully. This is why one can see throughout the world where mankind stand after coming into their existence for so long. Had people followed guidance of Allah they will have been at the top of things but as we can see things are on top of people piles upon piles. Why? Because people instead of learning what God wants of them they have been trying to impose upon God their own baseless assumptions and they have not been learning sense from their own life experiences despite not getting anywhere by way of their pooja paat. The Quran puts forth a very different concept about God from what people have in their minds as already explained in detail, so it is up to people to find out things about God from his own message or keep misguiding themselves through their own delusions about God and his creation and keep suffering the consequences. The message of the Quran is very simple, put your food where your mouth is. Do what produces the results you need. Do not do things which produce no results at all or produce wrong results. If people want food then they must learn to organise and regulate themselves for this purpose. They should not sit idle doing nothing at all about it or sit and pray to God instead of preparing themselves for fulfilling their needs by working for them themselves. This is what guidance from God means ie God tells people what they need to do to get what they want. The rest is left up to people themselves. If people will do what they have been told then things will work out fine but if they will not do that or do wrong then they will have to face consequences. This is why people have no right to blame God for their own st**idities and foolishness which they often do when their desires and wishes remain unfulfilled which they want God to fulfil for them when God tells them to work for them themselves provided they are lawful wishes which do not clash with plan and purpose of God.

2) Therefore assign and deliver to the individuals their rightfully due assignments of goods and services according to that guidance and substitute not the way of life advised by Allah for ensuring well being of mankind with the way of life which is harmful and destructive for mankind due to being based upon foundation of personal gains at the expense of each other, nor take part in handling what belongs to community in a way to take it into your own possessions for personal gain at the expense of the proper human community. Surely doing so is inflicting a grave harm and destruction upon the proper human community.

purpose, relatives or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, maternal relatives or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, kindness or compassion or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, obedience or consistency with rule of law or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, crime or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, grief or sorrow or sadness or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, hurt or injury or wound or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, wrongdoing or being on the wrong side of the law or doing something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, lawlessness or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, hardship or poverty or difficulty or problem or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, hurdle or blockage or barrier or stoppage obstacle or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, building or structure or framework of some kind or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, constitution or rule of law or tradition or custom or example or precedent or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, guide or director or teacher or master or instructor or trainer or manager or handler or carer or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to show mercy, to abide by law or be consistent with rule of law, to be kind or tender hearted, to create such a situation or an environment for someone that one is forced to commit a crime, to rebuke or oppose or disapprove or reject or condemn,  to be on the right or wrong side of the law, to be excluded or included, to be involved, to be part of, to belong to a people or place or position or rank or category or class, to be in need of something, to become needy, to commit crime against society, to be involved in antisocial activity, to lead someone or something to harm or destruction, to inflict harm or destruction upon someone or something, to be concerned, to worry and be sad about something, to become stuck, to make someone become stuck, to deny rights to someone in a big way, to suffer catastrophe, disaster or calamity or destruction or devastation, to suffer mental or physical illness, to have maternal relatives, to regret or be sorrowful, to suffer anxiety or depression, to worry, to show concern about or pay attention to, to be mindful of, to have in mind, to miss someone or something, to feel the loss of, to grieve over, to show remorse, to commit abomination, to shield or protect or preserve or save or rescue or look after or take care of or keep an eye on, to watch someone or spy on, to be a watchman or guard, to be prison guard, to back up or defend or reinforce or support, to patronise or take under guardianship, to belong to a circle or party or family or company or association or organisation or country or kingdom, to provide with shelter or refuge or sanctuary or place to live in or home or roof over head or room for manoeuvre or space for breathing or umbrella or cover or canopy, to wrap up or cover up or veil to hide, to let in or keep out, to bar, to cut off or boycott or isolate, to break of ties with or sever relationships or links with, to create gap or gulf or distance or difference between people or things, to cause dispute or conflict or rift or fight or war, to separate or divide or cut or cut into pieces or fragment or break or shatter into pieces, to tie down or fix in place or position, to unite or tie together, to join or connect or link together, to bring together, to form a network of people or things, to create a communication network, to build roads and bridges in order to facilitate communication and interaction between people or things, to put in touch or in contact, to bend or turn or twist, to rotate or revolve or cycle or circle or recycle or turn round or go round and round in circle, to make trips back and forth, to frequent or repeat, to make rounds, to visit often or repeatedly, to be clever or cunning or deceptive, to be crooked or wicked, to be wild or lawless, to be a criminal, to be intelligent or sharp, to put up partition or wall or defence, to build a dam, to erect a barrier, to barricade, to stop or hold back, to seal or block, to be reliable or dependable or trustable, to provide with base or foundation, to be rooted firmly in the ground or anchored properly, to be firm or strong or stable, to hold or hang or catch or latch onto, to hold in or out, to resist or impede, to be reluctant or hesitant, to shy away from, fence or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, hook or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, house or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

Here in the Quranic context word HOOBAA means if any member of the properly organised and regulated community will do anything that will prevent any rights in form of goods and services from reaching those who are assigned those rights by the community then one is withholding things of need from those people and that could force a situation upon intended recipients whereby they could end up doing something illegal to fulfil their needs. If this happens then knock on effect of that could lead to greater harms or even destruction of the proper community if problem is not solved right away. In other words no matter what none should be negligent of his or her responsibilities even in the least degree to others or consequences could be very serious for the individuals as well as the community as a whole. This means people of this community need to be highly alert and fully aware of their responsibilities towards each other and be able to deal with things appropriately or things will not work out as required by God and humanity both. Failure by anyone in fulfilling one�s obligations towards others only means harms and destructions for the people in the community and this is why it has to be treated as a crime against community. This is how the Quran sets the standard which people are told to meet or uphold if they want to be people of God and humanity. Looking at the standard set by God and the state of people who claim to be Muslims today, can one see any qualities in them which could prove they are true Muslims? This is where so called Muslim rulers, money lenders and mullahs have brought this ummah over last so many centuries. This is why unless these people leave rulers, money lenders and mullah alone and come back to actual deen of Islam they have no future. The problem is these people cannot come back to deen of Islam until and unless they learn the message in the Quran properly. Here different versions of religion and secularism become fully exposed as falsehood and deen of Islam the only truth. Anyone who has learned sense of making proper sense of things should be able to see clearly here the Quran is not telling us to follow baseless beliefs and useless practices and God will be happy with us instead the Quran tells us we are in deep trouble if we do not accept the truth and do what needs to be done to make changes in the real world for the best possible outcome for humanity. Just sitting in the masjid and praising the Lord is not what the Quran is telling us to do. Why not? Because that is paying empty lip service to message of God and God does not like such acts by people which have no real affect on the real world for the best possible outcome for humanity. Actual deen of Islam is not about doing things here in this world and waiting for the outcome in hereafter. Outcomes of thoughts and actions of people start in this world and carry on to the hereafter. This is why when one puts one�s hand in the fire it burns and that is why when people wrong each other this world turns into a hell hole. This is why if people want this world to become a paradise then they must learn things and do them which could make this world a paradise for all of us to live in and enjoy. We cannot disregard God set rights and responsibilities for us and expect all will turn out to be fine. This is why any people who think that way are only fooling themselves and each other and the terrible consequences for doing so cannot be avoided. The Quran is very clear that world is what people make it for themselves ie a paradise or a hellhole.

These verses should leave one in no doubt how important it is for a people to be a proper human community that is properly organised and properly regulated so that things in the community run as smoothly as humanly possible. This should make it fully clear for mankind what God expects of them ie they should be highly learned people and highly motivated and active in fulfilling his commandments. It is made clear that people should never even think about replacing rule of law based upon guidance of Allah by any other rule of law by anyone else because no rule of law by anyone else will ever be free of the idea of personal gains at the expense of each other. This is why the more mankind try to live their lives by ignoring guidance of Allah the more troubles people cause for each other which makes the world a dangerous place to live in for billions of people in the world. Almost all people are blaming each other for troubles but almost all are busy doing same thing to each other everywhere in the world be they religious or secular. Not realising what they are doing to each other and what is the outcome of all that or how it is affecting mankind. Most people are living like animals by not learning and doing things which could show they are human beings with brains. This is why if they will continue doing that then they are bound to end up harmed and even destroyed by hands of each other. If people will not accept living by deen of Islam as a proper human community then adopting the way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other will only lead them to their harm and destruction by hands of each other as has been the case throughout human history. The Quran leaves one in no doubt that people who are chosen for running the community affairs have to be very fit and capable of meeting the set out tasks. It is therefore important that number of people needed and chosen for the administration is sufficient and they are efficient. Having a worthy program with goals worth accomplishing and guidelines worth following for a constitution and laws is not going to be of much use on its own unless people who have to do the job are also up to what is required of them. This is what deen of Islam based rule of law is supposed to be all about ie a ruling system based upon program, goals and guidelines of Allah as the supreme authority and all people and institutions abiding by that guidance based constitution and laws eg administrations, institutions as well as individuals, groups, teams, and community as a whole. People placed in the offices by the ummah are not rulers over people but public servants put in place by the proper human community itself to serve them as an overall administration or management of community affairs as they are decided by the community itself through mutual consultation. The head can be called a Khaleefah or imam or ameer or leader or chief administrator who can be removed from his office if public finds him incapable of carrying out his duties to the proper human community satisfactorily. Since the objective is to have a united, peaceful, progressive and prosperous human community, the leadership has to show that it is a leadership that is capable of delivering the goods ie it is capable of giving people all necessities for living peacefully eg food, water, health education and jobs etc etc. After all it is people who together are supposed to make ends meets so administrations and communities and individuals all need to know their responsibilities and rights and are supposed to do their bits so that ends could be met. The whole community but selected people in particular need to be capable of working out the resources available to them in form of land and resources and manpower for production and distribution of goods and services so that things could be delivered at the points of needs freely and on time. The Quranic social system or ruling system nor the economic system is a patchwork by ignorant, illiterate, uneducated and untrained people because the Quran has already explained the vital importance of proper education and proper training for all members of a proper human community. All must do whatever they can to the best of their God given abilities. That is how they are supposed to show their creative capabilities. In short deen of Islam is basically all about people living for each other not at the expense of each other. It is not at all about baseless beliefs and useless practices which waste time of people. It is up to people to accept it or reject it but rejecting it is not without serious consequences as explained in detail already.

3) However if you the individual people have come to think that as things are you cannot deliver goods and services for the individuals properly as individuals then you should organise and regulate yourselves as sets of a proper human community and contract people for the management and administration of the communities that you think are appropriate in your view for the set out task, in sets of two twos or three threes or four fours and so on to help you do what you are obligated to do. It is because if you think that as things are you will not be able to deliver goods and services justly and fairly for the individuals then there is only one proper solution for that situation that you people unite and properly organise and regulate yourselves as sets of a proper human community under your own managements and administrations and within your own jurisdictions. That will be most suitable way for you to deal with the situation to prevent you people from acting against the limits set by program, goals and guidelines of Allah.

The Quran tells mankind to learn the Quran properly and then teach it to others and live by way of life advised and explained by Allah in the Quran. In order to do so people who accept the message of the Quran must come together and form communities when they are in sufficient numbers and get some people from among themselves to take on the role of managers and administrators of the communities to ensure that communities are going from strength to strength till there comes about a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah by joining of these small individual communities. This means followers of the Quran must live as community blocks anywhere and everywhere they are so that their gains and losses are one throughout the world. This means these people must do all they can to move humanity forward anywhere and everywhere as individuals and as community blocks and ensure none of them is living without necessities of livelihood or cut off from the community blocks, so that the message of the Quran could become a reality, sooner rather than later. Here the Quran is talking about a situation when movement about mission assigned by Allah is in its starting up phase or early stages when people come to know deen of Islam but there is nothing much they can do as individuals to look after others to ensure their well being. In other words the Quran is telling individuals the needs of community cannot be fulfilled by odd individuals randomly by odd good acts rather things need to be organised and regulated for that end. In order to do so people who accept the Quranic program, goals and guidelines for mankind must come together and start doing things step by step that need to be done for furthering the mission for ensuring well being of humanity. It is no use receiving the Quranic message and accepting it whole heartedly and then doing nothing to further the cause or movement. Knowledge becomes useless if it is not put into practice. It is like a person says I believe I should help others but does nothing to help them. However people must never try to jump the gun by trying to do the impossible. That is they must build bridges to get where they ought to be. It is no use missing steps and then suffering the consequences. A baby has to learn how to sit first and then stand and then walk or run etc. As explained already people first must learn to understand the message in the Quran properly and only when they have done that and are happy with it they should do all they can to teach it to others so that they could get support of other people for the ideology they deem is good for humanity as a whole. Not knowing the message oneself and trying to teach others is not going to work and if anything it could cause problems both for the teacher as well as the learner. Not only that, it could cause setbacks for the mission itself as well as its missionaries. That is because if wrong message is conveyed or the wrong way then people will start thinking wrong things about the actual message and those people will become confused and may not listen to anyone regarding that message anymore and instead they may start spreading wrong information about it which causes serious losses to humanity itself. This could make task of proper missionaries of deen of Islam much harder due to wide spread false propaganda. This is why one needs to plan things properly so that then that plan could be carried through successfully. Random good acts could cause more problems instead of solving already existing problems. This is why the Quran advises organisation and regulation for purpose of consistency and ease. No one knows people better than God himself so people who have learned sense of making proper sense of things will do their best with helping hand of God by understanding properly and following faithfully his guidance.

4) That is how you should ensure that the rightfully due livelihood is reaching the communities properly. However, if any of them are happy to leave for you the community managements and administrations something out of it then you may use it as you think will benefit the communities.

This verse advises both managers and administrators and community members that they should not take anything if they do not need it and if something is no longer needed by anyone in the community it should be return to the management and administration so that it could hand it over to someone who may be in need of it. The idea given here is to cut losses to make society more efficient and self regulated. Administration is only there to manage the community and the resources properly on behalf of community itself, so it is up to people themselves to ensure that they are helping management and administration to work properly for them. If people fail then management and administration will also fail and vice versa and society will fall apart or into chaos and confusion. This is why all individuals in a proper human community must fulfil their community responsibilities and obligations or things will not work out. It is because community brought about by the final messenger of Allah did not show consistency down their generations that kingdom he brought about with their help fell apart after him in later generations. It is now up to people who like the message in the Quran to work towards bringing about a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah or live aimless lives full of painful suffering by competing against each other for personal gains at each other�s expense.

5) Moreover place not community management and administrative responsibilities on ignorant, uneducated, untrained or mentally unsound people in the communities for handling your community resources which Allah has made a means of your support so provide the communities from it their livelihood in order to fulfil their needs and discuss and explain community and administration related things to them nicely.

This verse advises that managements and communities must ensure that all needs and wants of people including education and training of people are met properly and not neglected at all because if they are then consequences will be very serious eg community could not be built or if it is already there it could end up destroyed. Here it is made absolutely clear what this surah is all about. It is not about all individuals meeting needs of each other individually as much as they can afford as mullahs tell us rather people must become one by way of proper organisation on basis of a proper constitution based upon the Quranic program, goals and guidelines and become regaled by way of laws based upon guidelines of the Quran. As I have explained already if individuals on their own could do each and everything by themselves then why do companies need team work? Why do they need ideologies and systems or structures, rules and regulations or procedures and practices? It is because without doing that things cannot be done. If a company cannot be run without such measures then why should anyone expect kingdom of God can be run without people doing what needs to be done? This verse puts responsibility of doing things for all the people in the community upon capable people in the community be they part of community administration or part of the community and be they men or women. All must do whatever they can to the best of their God given abilities and if all will do that, all should work out fine for each and every person in the proper human community and in turn for the rest of humanity. Motivation comes from commandments of God as well as people getting their needs and wants met in a best possible way so it is a win, win situation for all involved. This being the case why this system cannot work? After all humanity has tried many different ideas throughout history so far and nothing has come closer to deen of Islam. In deen of Islam none is exempt from duties and responsibilities so long as they are within their God given capabilities be they children or adults. None is expected to do anything beyond one�s God given abilities. This is why this verse and many others exempt people from duties and responsibilities for which they are thought to be incapable in sight of God, humanity and themselves.

6) As for the selected individuals under your training for taking on administrative and management responsibilities, keep putting them through examinations for testing their abilities until they reach the required standard for administrative and management duties to be drafted in then if you find them capable of sound judgement, hand over to them their community responsibilities and the related things for which they are supposed to be responsible advising them, do not let this community wealth be used in contravention of program, goals and guidelines of Allah or let the expenditure of community exceed in such a way that it overtakes its growth. If an administration of the community has sufficient amount of stuff under its discretion already then it should not take any more from its community to serve it but if it does not have sufficient stuff under its discretion then let it take what is appropriate for serving the community properly. Moreover when you the people already in the administration or management hand over to new people their shares from the community wealth, keep some records for evidence regarding them, for Allah advises efficiency and keeping proper accounts for prevention of problems.

This verse tells people, plan ahead or in advance for things and be sensible and be ready for all eventualities for doing things efficiently and sufficiently. This is important because it is people themselves who are producers, distributors and consumers so it is not a good thing to do to consume more than being able to produce. This also sets law for population control for humanity. If you cannot feed people or take good care of them then they are only going to suffer very painful existence so there is no point increasing family size or human population and destroying community spirit thereby due to being unable to manage things properly. The Quran is not saying control population, it is saying be able to provide for them but if you cannot despite doing all you can do then population must not be allowed to exceed beyond what you can produce to look after it properly. Necessities for proper living of humanity that humanity can produce puts cap on human population automatically. To think that Allah provides, so why should human population be controlled is a very wrong concept in the Quranic context.

Allah has given a program to people to do everything they need to do and He is also telling people don�t over burden yourselves the way you cannot carry it. This verse also tells people to monitor things all the time and if anything does not seem to work then fix it right away before the whole thing breaks down. There is a huge difference between Allah telling mankind to control their population as a proper human community and individuals telling each other you should not have more children because rulers, mullahs and money lenders do not consider other people as their brethren and family. They want other human beings to be weaker than them mentally and physically so that they could continually use them abusively at will by taking over more and more land and resources and means of production and distribution as their personal property. Allah has already provided everything for mankind they will ever need and he has told them the way to live therefore he is advising them how to live reasonably good lives. The universe is full of resources but man has to learn to exploit it so it takes time for man to get there and that is why Allah is advising mankind to reproduce only as much as you the mankind can properly lookafter. In the coming surahs a lot of detailed information is provided about capabilities of human beings but all this will take ample time for people to discover ie to discover their own full potentialities through their own creativity in due course. So it is not that Allah is limited in his resources but that man is limited by his efforts and Allah does not want him to wear out himself and fall into despair. The Quran motivates people to work hard but does not tell them to overdo things that put them in serious difficulties and unnecessary hardships. This is why ummah needs to work out working hours for its people and the holidays etc etc. In other words Allah made night for people to rest and day for work and it will be silly if people worked 24 hours a day because that way they will not last for long and over working only increases tiredness and production will fall as well as accidents in work places will increase. The Quran wants people to work out a properly balanced way to meet their needs as a properly self organised and self regulated community.

7) For the new managers and administrators of the community it is binding duty that they improve upon what they inherit from their ancestral community administration and their related communities and administrations and likewise it is a binding duty that the communities also improve upon what they inherit from their ancestral communities and administrations and their related communities and administrations regardless what they inherit is little or much. They must make proper use of what they inherit as a matter of their responsibility and duty.

Words AL-WAALIDAAN and AL-AQRABOON are used in context of constitutional and legal relationships between groups and parties as managers and managed people who are interdependent as a community. It is because in the Quranic context there is no private ownership so there is none to leave anything for anyone or to inherit anything from anyone. All individuals are looked after by ummah as a father and as a mother of all its individuals. Word ummah is from root ALIF, MEEM and MEEM. It means IMAAM or father of nation as well as ummah or mother of nation. This is why both ummah and its individuals depend upon well being of each other. It is said that the prophet said that paradise lies underneath the feet of mother. It is because if people come together as an ummah or nation on basis of the Quranic guidance then community life will become a blissful and dignifying experience. So ummah is a mother of individuals at a grand scale and if there is no ummah then all people become orphans ie they are on their own none to lookafter them other than themselves. Mothers and fathers leave their children when the going gets tough in life. This is why people are told by Allah to live as a properly organised and regulated community or ummah. This ummah has all it has produced in form of knowledge and things to transfer to its coming generations. This is why at the times of their deaths messengers of Allah asked their followers who will they take as ruler after they have gone? Their replies were, Allah. the ruler of their ancestors who were guided aright. This was the legacy of ummah from generation to generation ie to live by rule of law based upon guidance of Allah as a proper human community.

8) And when constitutionally and legally bound individual residents are present at the time for distribution of shares of the community wealth, give out of community wealth to them and discuss all matters of mutual concern with them appropriately.

Also divination or fortune telling or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, portion or section or share or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, truce or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, allies or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, oath or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, countenance or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, good looks or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, features or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, market place or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, assignments or allotments or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, revelation of God or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, something life giving in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, goal or destiny or mission or target or objective or aim or ambition or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, rule of law or constitution or tradition or custom or precedent or example or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to put up  partition, to erect a barrier, to seek omens, to be soothsayer or story teller, to point out something in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to assign shares, to cut or divide or section something, to distribute goods or services or liabilities or responsibilities, to put forth as evidence, to present as proof, to swear under oath, to state something under oath, to present something as evidence for some claim, to cite something as evidence for something, to put forth something that distinguishes truth from falsehood, to present a statement of facts, testimony under oath, to divide, to partition, to separate, to cut, to share out, to seek to know the future, to think or reflect or ponder contemplate over, to determine or decide or define or point out or choose or select, to measure out, to vow, to resolve or have resolve or show resolve, to have courage, to be brave or daring, to firmly decide on a course of actions, to draw lots, to play lottery, to exchange oaths, to swear or swear to one another, to agree under oath, to draw lots, to seek to divide, to apportion, to try to know future or pretend to know future by supernatural means to trick others, to bite or bite off, to eat or devour, to cut off or isolate or leave alone or exclude or abandon or forsake or ignore or neglect or desert or avoid, to break off relationships with or sever links or ties or connect ions with, to be tough or solid or firm or strong or hard, to injure or hurt or damage or harm, to inflict wound, to imitate or copy, to be copy or image of, to be mischievous or trouble maker, to jump about or jump about all over the place, to hang down or hang down from, to hang or hold or catch or latch onto, to jump from place to place, to be agile, to be active or lively or energetic, to be fast moving or quick acting, to mimic, to read or read aloud or recite, to collect or gather, to bring together or collect together, to soak or drench or wet or bathe or wash or drown or sink or submerge under water or liquid or fluid, to drip or flow or run, to shed water or tears or blood, to cause harm or destruction or death or devastation or disaster or calamity, to cause sadness or grief or sorrow or regret or unhappiness, to cause worry or anxiety or panic or depression, to flood or cause flood, to water or irrigate, to have comfortable or easy or luxurious life, to have things of need and wants in abundance or plentiful, to flood the market, monkey or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, tooth or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, water or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.   

Here the Quran is talking about general meetings between people for deciding issues regarding ummah as well as production and distribution of things of need. All this is supposed to be worked out fully by ummah by people it put in place for management and administration. If ummah does not produce anything it will have nothing to distribute to fulfil needs of its people. If that happened then ummah will not come about or break apart. A very strong slap on faces of st**id mullahs who think Islam is all about business for profit and owning what anyone likes. You can never have a proper human community at all if people are allowed to live their lives by way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other because that way of life comes at the cost of proper human community. If people adopt one way of life then they cannot have the other this is why they can either live by deen of Islam or invent and adopt their own ways of life and suffer the consequences by hands of each other.

9) Let those managers and administrators who distribute the community wealth to the members of the communities show similar concerns in their thoughts and actions for them as if it was their own personal wealth and these were members of their own families for whose success they were greatly concerned, that is how they should be consistent with program, goals and guidelines of Allah and express their goodwill for others.

These verses are talking about change of administrators or administrations and set the rules for out goers and incomers and what is supposed to be given under their discretion and how they ought to manage it for the best result for the served communities. These verses outlaw undercutting and undermining of people by each other. Instead people are motivated to live for each other and work hard efficiently and sufficiently as a community to the best of their God given abilities. It is because if productivity falls then shares of things fall and so falls community spirit and growth of community suffers. It is because each time there is less to share there are more to go without. This is why all things need to be properly planned and executed eg population, life style, necessities of life etc etc. All targets need to be set realistically and properly to ensure unity, peace, progress and prosperity of community at all times.

A very clear message to all involved that don�t even think about cheating each other out of each other�s rightfully due rights and show partiality in fulfilling responsibilities or in delivery of goods and services. If anyone does then it is not going to take long before this mindset, attitude and behaviour spreads and community becomes torn apart through fire of hatred and wars. It is because the choice is made clear that you either live as a community or you do not and there is no in between. This is why the Quran makes it an issue that two ways of life are made clearly distinct and fully explained by the Quran with arguments along with their consequences. So there is nothing left to discuss by the Quran for people who have learned sense of making proper sense of things. As already explained the Quran is all about program, goals and guidelines for mankind from their creator and sustainer, so his guidance based constitution and laws for mankind are the fundamental thing as basis for a proper human community but to organise and regulate the community building process the needed institutions becomes absolutely necessary. So the Quran addresses these issues as well to help people do things properly.

11) Therefore Allah advises you the people who claim to be followers of the Quran concerning your masses that have decided to come together to form a massive community to organise into manageable groups. As for the mass of people, it should be organised and regulated under a single main administration with subordinate layer of similar administrations. In case there are more people/communities than can be managed by the two layers of administrations then divide them under three layers of administrations. However, even if you decide to have only one administration, it should still be efficiently sufficient to serve community properly. As for the main administrations, for each of them there can be several subordinate administrations to share the task provided there are people to serve. However if there are no people to serve then responsibility remains with the main administration but if there are two subordinate administrations then share of responsibilities of mother administration is a third. But if there are more supporting fellow administrations such as five administrations under the mother administration then responsibility of their mother administration would be one sixth after all administrations are agreed upon and installed and work as they are advised according to the constitutional and legal obligations. With regards to your main or subordinate administrators, you do not really know which of them will be of more benefit to you as a community therefore Allah issued this ordinance so that you monitor and hold each person and institution of the administration accountable accordingly. Surely Allah makes things obvious for humanity to make mankind wise enough to manage the kingdom of the universe in due course for their own well being.

If people will pay attention to language barrier between God and humanity and how it is overcome by God and humanity then it should not be difficult to understand the text of the Quran for them. This verse is not about inheritance of shares in privately owned estate left behind by parents for children as it is usually taken by mullahs who cannot think beyond their personal gains at the expense of the ummah. This is why the ummah is in a terrible mess because there is no more ummah but a crowd of animals tearing each other apart for getting away with whatever they can from each other. The way mullahs have masked the true message of Quran and thereby shredded ummah into pieces is condemnable to utmost degree. They clearly promoted imperialism in the very name of Islam and therefore today Muslims are utterly confused as to what deen of Islam really is. The proper understanding of the Quran will bring back ummah concept and thereby ummah if people paid attention to it otherwise things will carry on getting worse for mankind till they come back to the original message of the Quran. The mullahs� map in the name of Islam clearly shows malukiyati nizaam=imperialism based ruling system that was used to replace Islamic way of life. There is no difference between nizaam of mullahs and capitalism and authoritarianism. In other word it is imperialism that is labelled Islam by mullahs. Islam is a deen= a way of life advised by Allah so people better spend time to learn it properly if they want to promote the real Islam. Deen of Islam is that which prophet Aadam used for his ummah and so did prophet Muhammad. It never changed and that is why Muslims always claimed that Islam was the deen of the very first prophet till the very last. One of the very basic purposes of deen of Islam was to help mankind remove social divisions and unevenness from among them through politics and economics. The ideas shown by mullahs about Islamic ruling system are actually responsible for creating social divisions and unevenness and maintaining them in the name of Allah. None should promote such ways of life because they are opposite of the way of life advised by Allah for humanity in the Quran as already explained in detail.

Islamic way of life based upon the Quranic guidance is basically about proper management of human population and available resources through consultation of ummah as a whole. The ummah is supposed to work out each and everything to its minute detail and distribute responsibilities among its members to carry them out as a duty in such a way that all needs of all people are fulfilled at least and that ummah makes progress and prospers. None should promote human imperialism in the name of Allah, prophet, Quran or deen of Islam. It is a recipe for disaster for humanity. Islam is not a ruling system so that people could rule each other in the name of Allah instead it is a brotherhood of humanity under the rule of law based upon guidance of Allah who is the sole ruler of the kingdom of this universe. Islamic ruling systems is not about powerful people controlling masses and using them abusively for their own personal gains at their expense but for guiding them towards the goals set for mankind by Allah and that is why we have been given guidelines in the Quran to form a proper constitution and laws that help us achieve the objectives stated in the Quran in order to fulfil program of Allah according to his plan and purpose. Unless one knows what program is given by Allah or what goals are set by him and what guidelines are given in the Quran one cannot bring about a proper constitution or form appropriate legislation or laws because laws on their own have no purpose to serve. It is because useful and highly worthy common goals are set by Allah for the benefit of mankind to ensure their well being that they are told to come together to accomplish them and that is why laws become necessary to help people guide themselves towards those goals to keep everyone going along the same path in the same direction without causing any malfunction in the community. This is what regulation of proper human community is all about otherwise community spirit suffers and community ends up fractured, which is in fact the case as we can see it before our eyes when we look at people who claim to be Muslims around the world. Mullahs have torn this ummah into pieces due to their st**idity and st**idity of masses who have not bothered to find out what is going on. This is why people should educate themselves and each other so that they are reasonably self aware, aware of the universal realities and the message of Allah.

The flow chart for Islamic way of life for mankind.

1)People should know program, goals and guidelines of Allah as individuals.

2)They should know rightful needs and wants of people and available manpower and resources as individuals.

3)They should work out all necessary things as individuals that need to be decided at community level through consultation as an agenda for coming together to decide things.

3)They should get together as a community.

4)They should go through consultation process on the agenda of the meeting and agree on what needs to be discussed and done to get the ball rolling.

5)They should set up institutions required for carrying out various plans of actions that will be needed for fulfilling needs of all people in the community in every way possible.

6)They should work out all plans of actions in each and every detail and go for community consultation to see if the plans of actions are fit for the set out purposes to be carried out.

7)They should as a community distribute responsibilities to each and every institution and the rights as well for a set period of time and review and revise and readjust things as need be.

8)They should work out all social, political and economic systems, structures, procedures and practices to each and every minute detail possible then go through community consultation process for agreement on all this.

9)They should as a community select or elect appropriate people for carrying out specific roles for each and every institution for a fixed period of time but on trial basis for a few months and if all is ok then keep people on otherwise make appropriate changes as needed till a proper balance is struck.

10)They should implement program, constitution and law for fulfilling the set goals according to provided guidelines and keep monitoring each and everything at all levels for problems which if show up should be taken care of without delay.

11)Relevant proper education and training is backbone of all this and it should never be neglected or ignored or avoided.

12)As a new thing in place there are going to be plenty of problems but as time goes on if appropriate steps are taken for solving them constantly and consistently then it should not take long for the whole machinery to start running properly and smoothly after being fine tuned.

13) The very basic thing is land and resources and means of production and distribution and proper organisation of human population and its proper regulation so that all have a reasonably comfortable life and make progress and prosper.

In simple words, this is what the Quran teaches us human beings as the Islamic way of life and doing all this is called ibaadah=appreciation of guidance of God. Appreciation means increase in value or worth or usefulness. It is because if we will use God given guidance and things the way God tells us ie appropriately then proper use of things will bring us growth and prosperity and help us realise our full potential ie ummah will become healthy and strong and more and more capable of doing more and more as time marches on. Misuse of things will downgrade us because that will cause depreciation due to becoming an obstacle in our way of development and growth and we will fail to realise our full potentials as human beings. This is why we should not do things the way they cause us to lose our worth in the eyes of God and humanity. In the Quranic context there is no such thing as worship in sense of POOJA PAAT of Allah like people of religious mindset do. There is no way any clever people could beat this way of life. The Quranic way of life is totally different from all other ways of life be they secular or religious and kufaar(=the opponents of way of life advised by Allah) can never come up with one. It is a way of life whereby each person lives for others not against others hunting down each other for personal gains at the expense of each other as in capitalist system where people work for money not for ensuring well being of each other. This is why there is no concept of rulers and ruled amongst brothers ie no masters and no slaves, just members of the very same one united human family living by the best possible rule of law. No one is rich and no one is poor. All people are children of humanity and the concern is for ensuring well being and prosperity of each other thereby of humanity as a whole. All work for the good of each other to the best of their God given abilities and all share ups and downs together that is why there is no excessive burden on individuals due to adopting a properly balanced way of life advised by God. This is what makes life beautiful for those who live for it and makes them eligible for awards in hereafter. This is how Islam removes unevenness and divisions by putting responsibilities on shoulders of those who have advantages over others ie adults look after children and when children become adults and adults grow into old age people they are looked after by those children who have grown up into adults and so the cycles is supposed to go on and on till it is designed for by God. It is because none of the people is totally disadvantaged rather each person has advantage over others one way or the other and when all work together on brotherly basis as a complementary society or community, it matters not who is a child and who is grown up or who is adult and who is old or who is tall and who short, who is fat and who is thin because there is always somebody there to help and support and to do what needs to be done for the proper human community. So no one gets stuck for doing anything. Islamic way of life is all about getting people to become fully self regulated like a machine.

Islam is not a mazhab (=a baseless belief system involving useless practices which benefit no human population at all in this world which adopts them but instead through waste of time causes losses to them) but a deen=way of life from Allah and this is how it proves that none can produce a book like the Quran ie human mind was never capable of looking that far ahead in time because it needs prompting and stimulation. Even though there is no direct evidence for existence of God, the Quran puts forth a proof in form of an explanation that no human being can ever beat. Since the Quran is beyond production of mankind due to limitations of humanity therefore the sole explanation for existence of such a book is that it is from somewhere outside created intelligence. This is why man has no explanation for it other than to accept it as it claims ie the word of God. Particularly when absolute zero can never equal one nor one can ever equal absolute zero or nothing. God was always there and will always be there and things that came to existence were brought about by him. None is able to prove or explain coming to existence of anything at all which did not exist already from nothing at all and it defies rationality to claim things came to being from nothingness. So existence of God and his revelation cannot be explained any other way than what the Quran explains.  When ummah understands the Quran along these lines, it will become Muslim as per Quran. Mere make beliefs do not make one a proper Muslim in the eyes of God by uttering just a few words and carrying out some useless rituals. When ummah understands the Quran properly and follows it faithfully there is none in this world who could compete with it let alone beat it in growth and prosperity. This is promise of Allah repeated in the Quran. Those who say they are Muslims must pay proper attention to proper education and training along these lines. If not then they can carry on the way they have been and the result will always remain the same. The further they go away from the Quranic way of life the more and more problems are guaranteed for them and rest of humanity. Ummah is supposed to be mother and father of its people. The very word ummah comes from same root ie ALIF, MEEM and MEEM. Words like IMAAM, UMMI, UMMAH etc come from the very same root. Imaam is father of a nation or leader of a community.

Your father is no use if community is not there to support him. Look at how many fathers are there in the world and what they are doing because there is no community support for them because they are not paying attention to having a community to begin with and that is how people bring unnecessary painful suffering upon themselves. Look at how many mothers are there in the world who are utterly useless because there is no support for them and they do not realise why not or the importance of community life. The same is the case for all brothers and sisters in the world because there is no support for them and they are not even thinking about becoming a brotherhood. All human beings are orphans if there is no support for them and that support is provided by Allah on basis of a way of life based upon bringing about a proper human community. A clear proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the Quran is word of Allah as it claims. Think about it, how long have Hindu scriptures been in this world eg Vedas, Puraanas, Upnishads, Mahabarata and Geeta or Ramayana etc etc, the Parsi scripture Avesta, the Jewish scriptures and the Christian scriptures and now the Quran. Think about how many messengers and books Allah sent in the world ie thousands of them yet humanity has failed to grasp the message of Allah for its own well being. Now think about it if this is the real situation of the world after having so many true teachers to guide it then where could humanity be without any of them being there at all?

Some people talk about instinctive behaviour, I want people to think about it in depth. Instinctive behaviour is that which is based upon reflexive response ie you cause something to happen and it happens eg you hit a glass with a hammer it smashes into pieces ie there is no thinking involved in this action. You slap someone, he slaps you back straight away without taking any time to think about it eg about the consequences etc. The question is, what made human beings to reflect upon the consequences before taking any actions? Developments in thinking ability of human beings through their life experiences. What stimulated that process in general? The direct human interaction with each other as well as with other things within their environment. However what stimulated human behaviour based upon wider and deeper reflection over things? The only answer is, the external source ie God through his guidance via his messengers and missionaries. It is because humans could never think that far ahead or that wide or deep on their own or all by themselves and the proof is state of humanity even today after thousands of years of learning and teaching. How could such people produce scriptures all by themselves that are attributed to God and have been proven true? The question is, why will such people as are powerful, rich and clever produce scriptures which condemn their ideology and thereby oppose them? How could powerless, weak, poor, ignorant, illiterate, uneducated or untrained people do that? So existence of Godly information is a mystery that is not possible for humanity to explain unless they accept the fact that these scriptures could never comes from people but God only. There are scriptures which contain information from God none can doubt that but almost all of them contain human elements as well save the Quran which none can deny either who has studied the scriptures in a bit of depth and detail.

The question is why we have people who refuse to accept existence of creator and sustainer? It is simply a matter of ignorance, illiteracy and lack of proper education and training in thinking about things logically consistently. Those who deny existence of God do so because they have not studied the scriptures in light of real world realities. For the very same reason people are religious because they are not bothered with knowing things properly for themselves. They rather stay st**id than learn and improve themselves and the rest of humanity. This is why we have rulers, mullahs, money lenders, their touts, supporters and followers because they never studied God sent scriptures and the real world realities to get the sense needed to be proper human beings so they are not a conscience people despite having God given brains which they misuse and mislead humanity and thereby devalue it. They go by what suits them in context of what they know ie their behaviour is much closer to instinctive behaviour instead of a behaviour of a thinking person who looks at consequences at a wider and deeper scale. So if people want their world to be a beautiful place then proper education and training is prerequisite for that and based upon that hard work. The set-up systems and laws of Allah will then deliver that kind of world and that was the promise from Allah to all mankind in the world. The idea is to deliver on time to people all things of their needs eg goods and services at the points of needs freely. No money is involved, no business for profit is needed, no making fool of each other and no use of force ie everyone getting on with whatever they have to do thinking in their minds about others who will suffer if they did not fulfil their assigned responsibilities properly and the loss of award in hereafter as well as personal loss in this world if the community spirit is no more and community falls apart. So loss of sense of security the community life offers is very strong in properly educated people and that is what prevents them from breaking any laws even when no one is watching them. This is why humanity comes first and foremost in their minds and they live transparent lives and no harmful and destructive secrets to hide from each other. All this because nothing belongs to anyone other than Allah and Allah only allows use of things to people according to his provided guidance so that people do not misuse his provisions and cause harms and destructions to each other. The way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other which is invented, promoted and adopted by rulers, mullahs and money lenders is a very clear proof of st**idity of mullahs, rulers and money lenders as well as masses. It is because they promise world to ignorant masses and they believe them and leave message of Allah lying on the shelf to collect dust. Or people read messages of God without trying to understand them properly for adopting them faithfully to get the results the scriptures promise first in this world and then in the next world or world to come. Is there any wonder then that people are going through painful suffering by hands of each other?

Since there is no private ownership of anything in deen of Islam so there is no question of estate and inheritance. When messengers of Allah were about to die they asked their people by whose way of life you will live and they replied by way of life advised by Allah. This was the legacy they left behind for their followers nothing else because nothing else belonged to them. So reading the Quran and justifying imperialism and private ownership and usury and interest and dealing in money and money based economic system and profiteering and hoarding is all an exercise of st**idity of rulers, money lenders and mullahs which landed ummah in the mess that it is in. It only shows extend of their st**idity, so masses must become alert and stop following rulers, money lenders and mullahs or keep on suffering for as long as they will continue doing that. This surah is very important because it is about setting up institutions and organisations in order to help manage themselves in a sensible way. Words AULAADU KUM in this verse are not used for children but individuals and community in sense of management and managed masses for organisational purposes. In a properly set up and running kingdom based upon guidance of Allah there are no individual needy people that need other individual peoples� help in private. All problems are community problems and all solutions come from community through consultations with each other and with full help and support of each other. No one needs to take out any loans from banks etc. The same applies if there is no kingdom based upon guidance of Allah but there is a sizeable Muslim population in any kingdom that it must come together as a community and fully organise and regulate itself to deal with problems within the community till it grows and has its own kingdom. In any other situation Muslims should live as they can within a population the way it is organised and run but must keep working to bring Quranic message to attention of people so that there comes about a community based upon guidance of Allah. The Quranic laws need community to be legislated and applied to. For individuals Quranic message is only applicable as much as they are allowed to live by because no state will tolerate a state within a state. So Muslims better learn the Quran really good so that they could convince others to their thinking that this is best way to live by for them. That is why they will come and join otherwise if people are told mullah invented Islam then better educated people will feel rather better off living by what they already have than become slaves of mullahs and through them of money lenders and rulers for whom they work.    

12) Similarly for you the administrations at horizontal level responsibility is to be shared equally if there are no subordinate administrations and communities. However if you have three subordinate administrations and communities then your responsibility is one fourth after the agreement about it has been reached between you according to the constitutional and legal obligations. Your fellow administrations will likewise have one fourth of the responsibilities if you have no successors but they do. However if you too have three subordinate administrations then they are to get one eighth of responsibility just like you after the agreement is in place about it according to the constitutional and legal obligations. If an administrator or an administration has no mother or daughter administrator or administration but has five supporting administrators or supporting administrations, they each have one sixth of the responsibilities. However if they are more than that then they all have equal share of responsibilities agreed upon according to the constitutional and legal obligations without loss of rights and responsibilities of the others. This is an advice from Allah that Allah made known for people to adopt to have an easy life.

In these verses organisational structuring is advised both horizontal and vertical and it is said that administration has to be efficient as well as sufficient so that all needs of all communities and their individuals under the ultimate administration or management are properly met. More administrations can be created if need be and if there is no need for an administration any more then that should be wound up and all its responsibilities handed over to mother administration to decide how they should be distributed among the sister administrations. The main point made is that if people and institutions are not well organised and regulated or work properly then that will not let communities function properly and so unity or peace will not become established and progress will be hampered and so program for prosperity of humanity will suffer accordingly. As administration breaks down so will community spirit and gradually harmful and destructive ideologies and practices will begin to reappear and the results will soon follow and people will fall into rivalries of all sorts and brotherhood will end and will become replaced with hatred and wars once again as always has been the case.  

13) These are the administrative, organisational and regulatory measures advised by Allah so that any people who are consistent with program, goals and guidelines of Allah via His messenger could enter kingdoms which offer blissful, dignified and secure existence to them due to things of need and want or livelihood flowing like rivers in them for them for as long as they live if they maintained the standard and that will be a grand achievement or accomplishment by them in the eyes of Allah, themselves and humanity.

In the Quran the phrase JANNAATIN TAJREE MIN TAHTIHAL ANHAAR comes up repeatedly, it simply means kingdoms run according to guidance of Allah by proper human communities due to which people produce and distribute all they need and desire so all get what they need or want and all live happily. On the contrary people who live for personal gains at the expense of each other they bring about harmful and destructive kingdoms based upon their own ideologies and as a result of divisions and rivalries they are consumed by all sorts of problems due to fire of hatred and jealousy or fights and wars etc among them. It is because such people are busy all the time conspiring against each other to dominant each other by undermining each other. So there is very little chance of happiness for a very few people for a very short time as a result of all this carry on. The Quran based community is a free community whereas all other communities are knit together in such a way their people are trapped by each other for personal vested interest like spider traps a fly in its web.
