tricky situation!!!!!

   Assalamalecum, I live in india where the laws of constitution are way away from shariah.i want to ask as a point of view from student's life which also I had gone thru, if an exam is held between 12 to 3 pm on friday how can a person offer jumuah salaah in congregation bcoz u have to b on xam centre 1 or half n hour b4 xam, bcoz Allah commanded us to offer salaah in mosque in ch 62 v 9 of Quran that whenever u hear the adhaan for jumuah salaah rush to mosque leaving all ur worldly affairs.moreover Allah forbids division in ch 3 v 103 n ch 6 v 159 so the education system of india is based on reservation so is this haraam??? Plz tell me the amendments we can make about issue regarding jumuah salaah mentioned above.Allahfiz.

	Mbbs final exams, last yr I gave obs n gynae part 2 on 15.3.13, friday.
