   suppose i am an Agent and help in accomplishing  a person's job transfer to
 his desired city or place and i charge some amount of money as my aide 
fees and offer some money out of it to another OFFICER OR PERSON who 
will actually accomplish the job transfer. is this way of earning money 
halaal ? the point here is the first person is paying the money happily 
to get the task accomplished.
