help needed please advise

   As Salaam Aleikum, I need some advice, I have been married for 8 
years. My wife sleeps with me no more then two times a month if im lucky 
however my sexual desire is a lot more as i feel i need sex daily. I 
tried for 8 years to talk to her but she doesnt understand. Please 
advise me of the options before i comit a sin as the urge for sex is too
 strong.'

	A few suggestions: Work on communications, make sure your personal hygiene isn't an impediment, do more work around the house (cleaning, dishes, laundry) purchase gifts, allow for cuddling without always having to lead to sex, and develop a sustained playful foreplay prior to relations. Have a physical exam for your wife, perhaps relations are painful and her doctor can suggest ways to alleviate this condition. Dua! All the best, and know that in our religion the end does not justify the means, so be patient and practice fasting, which will help with your strong libido.
