Sahih International And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him." |

The confusion is that Christians seems to think that the Muslims believe in a God other the One they worship.

Christians believe in a tri-une God. I don't think Muslims believe in such a God. |

The point of this thread is to highlight that the Christians say that the Muslims pray to a different God than the One they pray to. I've highlighted the verse for clarification. |

Brother,
we Muslims believe that there is only One God. That's why we don't have any such problem like the Christians have, to say so and so worships a different God. They may think that there is more than one God or think that we believe and serve a different God than them, they are wrong. The real issue is not that there is more than one God rather more than one belief about God, who is God? and how do people worship and serve Him. For us its a blasphemy to think or believe that there are other gods, Allah will deal with them on the Day. 16:51 (Y. Ali) Allah has said: "Take not (for worship) two gods: for He is just One Allah. then fear Me (and Me alone)." Hasan Edited by honeto - 19 September 2012 at 3:04pm |

Christians do not believe in Quran so whatever you quote from it is nonsense to them.

Just like the staff of Musa (pbuh) which turned into a serpent and devoured the falsehood of the magicians of Pharaoh, the truth will defeat falsehood. |
