Need help with Farsi, please!

   Hello, my Muslim friends. Although I frequently browse your site, and
find many of the discussions enlightening, I find myself needing to
register here to ask questions that pertain more about Muslim culture,
and linguistics, than religion. So please forgive me if this is the
wrong place to post it. 

Can someone help me with the Farsi language? I have a customer who
frequents my shop, and she is an expatriate of Iran, and I would like
to render a proper, polite, greeting in Farsi next time she returns to
shop with her mother. All of the online translators I have found
translate to the Farsi script, and although I appreciate the beauty of
the caligraphy, I cannot read it! 

Can someone help me render a simple greeting such as, "Good Evening,
Miss" , or "Welcome back to my store" phonetically in English, and I am
also open to education about the farsi script if anyone has a link. And also some insight as to whether or not that is appropriate.
