Watch this video : This Iranian Sunni scholar says EXACTLY the same things that I have been saying on this Forum (hmmm, maybe he's been reading my posts! or maybe he has discovered the truth from his own experience as he too is Iranian and Sunni like me). Anyway watch the video it's very interesting, it's practically identical to my posts!!!

Sawtul, I can't believe you just posted something with subtitles by MEMRI
TV! Quote: Evidence from Memri's website also casts doubt on its non-partisan status. Besides supporting liberal democracy, civil society, and the free market, the institute also emphasises "the continuing relevance of Zionism to the Jewish people and to the state of Israel". That is what its website used to say, but the words about Zionism have now been deleted. The original page, however, can still be found in internet archives. The reason for Memri's air of secrecy becomes clearer when we look at the people behind it. The co-founder and president of Memri, and the registered owner of its website, is an Israeli called Yigal Carmon. Mr - or rather, Colonel - Carmon spent 22 years in Israeli military intelligence and later served as counter-terrorism adviser to two Israeli prime ministers, Yitzhak Shamir and Yitzhak Rabin. Retrieving another now-deleted page from the archives of Memri's website also throws up a list of its staff. Of the six people named, three - including Col Carmon - are described as having worked for Israeli intelligence. Among the other three, one served in the Israeli army's Northern Command Ordnance Corps, one has an academic background, and the sixth is a former stand-up comedian. Col Carmon's co-founder at Memri is Meyrav Wurmser, who is also director of the centre for Middle East policy at the Indianapolis-based Hudson Institute, which bills itself as "America's premier source of applied research on enduring policy challenges". The ubiquitous Richard Perle, chairman of the Pentagon's defence policy board, recently joined Hudson's board of trustees. http://www.guardian.co.uk/elsewhere/journalist/ story/0,,773258,00.html Edited by Duende |

What's your point? The program is from an Arabic channel and the the scholar is a Sunni Iranian and the interviewer is an Arab. Just because Memri translated it doesnt make it Israeli, Memri also translates programs from Iranian TV and speeches of Khamenehi leader of Iran as well as Shiah leader Hasan Nasrollah and Saudis and Sunni leaders and al-Qaeda leaders etc. Memri also translates a lot of anti-Israel and anti-Jewish material for specific reasons. So Memri translating the video doesn't mean anything. |

The point is, Sawtul, you knucklehead, that MEMRI are up tp their eyeballs
twisting the words of Arabs to fit the Washington/israeli script. I have no way of knowing whether what this scholar was saying was being accurately translated in the subtitles. But I do know that MEMRI TV make it a point to translate and show interviews showing Arabs and Muslims generally in a bad light. Just as I know you're purpose here is to cause division and strife. Judging from the expression of the interviewer's face, I'd have to say this speaker was probably making a lot of questionable statements which even the interviewer had a hard time swallowing. You have absolutely no grasp of the psy-ops and psycho-political maneuvers these people specialise in, of course they will translate anti- Israeli material, you fool, they are supposed to look fair and well balanced, not the blatant Zionist anti-Muslim Arab haters they really are! Since MEMRI was founded and is largely run by ex-MOSSAD, I will not be able to take anything they translate seriously. |

So you shouldnt take Iran and Hezbollah seriously either. And what is your point, are you saying that the video is mistranslated? I assure you it's not and Memri very often upload what they call "Muslim conspiracy theories" because they want Muslims to look "paranoid" and of course for someone who doesn't know the facts the video of this Sunni Iranian appears that way, but when you know the facts (and you would if you, for example read my posts) then it makes perfect sense and you would know what he is talking about. This is why it doesn't show the full interview.
