Spicy Fish Fillet & Potato
Ingredients:
Fish Filet: 2 pounds
- Olive Oil: 3/4 coffee cup
- All Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon
- Onions: 2 Large sliced
- Garlic: 5 large cloves crushed
- Lemon: Juice of 3 large lemons
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon full
- Halapeno/Red pepper: 1 teaspoon full

- Potatos: 5 Large sliced
- Olive Oil: 3/4 coffee cup
- All Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon
- Onions: 2 Large sliced
- Garlic: 5 large cloves crushed
- Lemon: Juice of 3 large lemons
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon full
- Halapeno/Red pepper: 1 teaspoon full

- Potatos: 5 Large sliced
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients with oil, minced clove garlic, lemon, salt, all pepper, sliced onions, halapeno/red pepper paste, tomato paste, cinnamon, garlic.
- Add potato slices and mix together.
- Marinate fish in mix.
- Cook in oven at 160°C with marinade for 1 hour.
- Serve with Basmati Rice on the side.
