Cilantro Hot Potato ( Batata Harra Bi Kouzbara)

Crispy Potatoes in a Chilli Cilantro Sauce. Can be used as a garnish to Grilled Beef Fillet or Grilled Chicken.

Ingredients:
- 4 Medium Size Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Paste
- 2 table spoon Water
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Red Chili Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet or Hot Red Chili Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Dash Fresh Parsley
Preparation:
Peel & cut the potatoes into medium size cubes and boil until slightly tender.
- Remove from pan, drain and dry on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle the Corn Starch on the Potatoes and Mix Together.

Sauce preparation:
- In a separate pan Mix Red Chili Paste, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Water, Salt, Cilantro Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garlic Paste in a bowl and set aside.

- In a deep pan, Fry the Potatoes until Golden & Crisp, Drain and place on paper towel to dry.
- Poor the Fried Potatoes on top of the Sauce Mix, Add the Chopped Fresh Cilantro and heat stirring constantly until the Potatoes are well mixed with the Sauce Mix.
- Serve in a deep Dish and Garnish with a Dash Of Chopped Fresh Parsley and Lemon Slices.
