Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken breast
4-5 cups water
1 package flour tortillas
3-4 large onions
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs sumac
salt
perpper

Preparation:
1- in a pot over medium-high heat, add the chicken, pour water on top and bring to a boil.
reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked, 20-30 min
2-remove the chicken from the pot and let it rest until cool to the touch. Shred the chicken
3-peel the onions and slice them. Saute the onions in a pan with 1 tbs olive oil until soft. Add sumac, salt, pepper and the remainder of the olive oil.
4-Remove from heat and combine the shredded onions and chicken
5-Preheat oven to 400F ad line baking sheet with parchment.
6-On a clean surface, lay a tortilla and 2 tbs onion/chicken mixture. Roll the tortilla and place it on the lined baking sheet. Repeat with remainder of filling and tortillas.
7- Place the rolls in the oven and bake until the tortilla are slightly brown
8- remove fromt he oven and serve immediately
