Labneh with vegetables

Ingredients:
1 lb of Labneh (Kefir cheese)
2 small Roma tomatoes finely diced
1 shallot finely diced
4 green onions finely chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
2 mini Cucumbers finely diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1 tbsp dry mint
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
Garnish:
Olive oil
2 tbsp fresh mint
2 small Roma tomatoes finely diced
1 shallot finely diced
4 green onions finely chopped

2 mini Cucumbers finely diced

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
Garnish:
Olive oil
2 tbsp fresh mint
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients (except the garnish ones).
With the back of a large spoon make a circular well half way between the edge of the plate and its center.
Sprinkle the mint at the center and then drizzle the well with olive oil.
Enjoy with toasted pita bread, or as a healthy dip for your vegetables.
