Lavash Herb Triangles

Ingredients:
Lavash bread cut into long about 5” wide strips
Fresh herbs : baby spinach, tarragon, scallions , dill, cilantro�
Spices bleach and red peppers
Garlic powder
Sumac
Olive oil or butter
You can also add slices of hard boiled egg
Preparation:
Cut your herbs finely
Spice and season to taste
Drizzle with olive oil and mix to incorporate
Wrap the herb mixture with lavash by shaping into triangles
Brush with oil or butter and bake in 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden color
Serve hot or cold with yogurt or freshly squeezed lemon juice
