Decadent frozen chocolate cake

My mom used to make this dessert all the time when I was a kid. It is extremely easy to make. The hard part is waiting till it gets cold! It contains raw eggs.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 lb (200 gr) butter, softened
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
2 cups powder sugar
1 cup Cocoa powder
30 biscuit wafer, such as Maria (TM)
large piece of Aluminum foil

30 biscuit wafer, such as Maria (TM)
large piece of Aluminum foil
Preparation:
1- Place biscuit wafers in a bag
2- With the palm of your hand beat the biscuits to break them into smaller pieces (each wafer broken into quarters)
3-Mix eggs, Butter, Sugar, Cocoa and zest until well combined
4-add biscuits and gently mix
5-Lay mixture into center of the Aluminum foil and roll until you form a log.
The size of the log doesn't matter as long as the biscuit roll is covered by the foil.
6-Freeze for at least 4 hr.
7-Cut the log into small circles and serve immediately
