who doesn't love BBQ? the problem is that not everyone wants to spend several hours tending the smoker. This is an easy way to prepare fall of the bone beef ribs that will bring you back for more. Also it contains my "Secret" spice recipe

Ingredients:
For 2:
1 rack of beef ribs (about 7 bones) trimmed of excess fat and silver skin

Secret spice recipe:
1 tbs coriander seeds, ground
1 tsp celery seeds, grind
1 tsp Aleppo pepper
3 tbs oregano leaf, grind
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs Salt
1.5 tbs brown sugar
3/4 tbs Black pepper
Preparation:
Make sure to remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. It remains tough even after cooking.

Mix all the spices and spread on both sides of the ribs.
Let sit in the fridge uncovered overnight.

Next day, cover the pan with aluminum foil and add a rack to lift the ribs. you can use a turkey pan.

Cook at 250F for 3-3.5 hr until the meat registers 145-150F.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce and mashed potatoes.
