Ingredients:
8 oz Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup Butter, softened
3 tsp Vanilla
1 Pound Icing sugar, approximately
1/2 cup Butter, softened
3 tsp Vanilla
1 Pound Icing sugar, approximately
Preparation:
In bowl, cream butter and cheese. Gradually blend in the icing sugar and vanilla until thick and smooth. Spread generously on cooled carrot cake, and serve.
