1 Small clove garlic
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 Cucumbers, Optional
3 Tomatoes
1 Small onion, chopped
1/4 cup Olive oil

Preparation:
Mash garlic and salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice, mixing well. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into bit-size pieces. Add to garlic
