Quick and healthy
Ingredients:
12 Ounces lobster meat, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp Margarine
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Low fat milk
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Parsley chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated paprika as desired

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large nonstick saucepan, melt the margarine and add flour. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add milk
and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Stir in lobster, lemon juice, and parsley. Place in 4 individual shells or custard cups. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
